Shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, the UW-Madison Police Department received a report of a possible child abuse situation in the Eagle Heights community – on the northwest end of the UW-Madison campus. The 13-year-old victim had called UWPD and reported he was assaulted and strangled by his mother’s boyfriend.
