UW Madison Campus
On April 27, 2016 at 10:50PM, Timothy A Arnold of Madison was arrested by a UWPD Police Officer.
Arnold was a person of interest in the graffiti cases of the Wolfsangel and Valknut symbols painted in green spray paint throughout the UW-Madison Campus and the downtown City of Madison area. After speaking with a UWPD detective it was determined that probable cause existed to request charges from the Dane County District Attorney’s Office for eight counts of Criminal Damage to Property. The estimated amount of damage caused by Arnold is $2,600.00.
Arnold is not a University student and the University is pursuing a campus wide ban for Arnold. The University Police Department is requesting charges for these eight incidents from the District Attorney’s Office and the department is continuing to investigate if Arnold is responsible for other graffiti on Campus.
