12:42 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Eagle Heights. Contacted person who struck another vehicle and left the scene with other persons in the vehicle. Person who left the scene will be issued citations for OAR, leaving scene of an accident and verbally warned for operating without insurance, operating a vehicle with faulty brakes, and unregistered vehicle.

11:17 pm, Warrant Served, State Street. Contacted person needing medical assistance found to have an outstanding DOC warrant. Transported to Dane County Jail after medical clearance without incident.
12:44 am, Drug Violation, Memorial Library. Contacted/Verbally warned person for Camping and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after observing them sleeping - using a backpack as a pillow - and with a "weed pipe" in plain view.
1:32 am, Other, Johnson St. & Wisconsin Ave. Stopped person for failure to obey red light and deviation from designated lane. Cited for OAR and failure to install IID, written warning issued for red light and lane deviation.
