5:50 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Dark Blue T-Mobile Phone turned in by Uber driver. Phone put into safekeeping.

Driver cited for Operating While Suspended and Underage Person Transport Intoxicants in Motor Vehicle. Driver Verbally Warned for keeping open intoxicants in Motor Vehicle. Passenger cited for UAL 1st and Verbally Warned for Keep Open Intoxicants in Motor Vehicle.
