Contact with person who reported while parking their vehicle the parking ramp's clearance sign that hangs from the ceiling was hanging lower than it normally does and hit the top of their vehicle causing some scratches/damage. Directed person to contact UW Risk Management to file a claim with the University for damages caused to their vehicle.
