11:16 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, State Street. Assisted outside agency with a substantial battery that occurred on State St at N Frances near State St Brats. Contacted the victim and witnesses to obtain suspect information before MPD took over investigation.

Arrested/released suspect after finding mushrooms, which showed a presumptive positive test for psilocybin, in their residence hall room, given verbally warning for possession of paraphernalia, and fake ID. Roommate Cited and contacted for possession of paraphernalia, verbally warned for UAL.
