Person and others were verbally aggressive with Rec staff and reason for call.
1:23 am, Warrant Served, Langdon & Frances Streets. Traffic Stop – Stopped/Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver for failure to stop at a stop sign and confirmed outstanding Dane County Warrants. Confiscated three fake ID's.
