1:17 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Voluntary transport person to local hospital for psych evaluations.
1:24 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Law Building. Provided person with ride to local hospital due to chest pain.
1:47 pm, Threat Assessment, Chazen Museum. Contacted person for information regarding additional flyers taped to outside of Chazen Museum stating it was "an eviction notice to all Palestinians”.
11:55 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Hospital. Assisted Wisconsin State Patrol with OWI investigation reference a vehicle that drove into the ditch and had marijuana and a large amount of nitrous oxide contained within (1,000s of canisters).
