1:42 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, W Dayton & N Basset Streets. UWPD Officers performed lifesaving measures on person after they were reported to have collapsed at W Johnson St and Marion St. suffering from an apparent cardiac emergency/possible overdose.
1:42 am, Operating While Intoxicated, W Dayton & N Basset Streets. Arrested/Cited/Transferred/Booked into the Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 4th offense. Cited for driving without headlights (reason for stop) and operating w/o valid license.
