7:46 am, Eluding, University Ave & North Brooks. Attempted to stop black sport bike with loud exhaust for reckless driving/red light violation on University Av at N Brooks St. Last seen southbound on N Charter St. No pursuit .

5:54 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Sherman Ave. K9 request by MPD for track of suspect. K9 Maya started track from last known direction in the backyards. K9 Maya tracked to the front of a residence on Sherman Ave and continued towards the side and backyard and started to show negatives. While in the backyard suspect located in bushes at the residence. MPD took suspect into custody.
9:01 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person for theft of bike tire (Infinity Flak Jacket 700 x 30) that occurred on 6/15/23 between 6:45pm and 9pm.
9:55 pm, Other, W Gilman Street. Traffic Stop - Stopped person operating vehicle for improper right turn. Odor of Marijuana from person as they had smoked a joint just before driving.
2:28 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Monroe & Regent Streets. Requested by Dane County SO for K9 sniff of vehicle on traffic stop.
