Spoke with person at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center who reported on 08/28/23, at approximately 4:30PM, two pontoon boats with Wisconsin registration registered to Tiki Bay Water Toys & Pontoon Rental LLC were beached on Beaver Beach of Blackhawk Island and boat patrons were trespassing on the beach. Group refused to comply to leave private area. Report for informational purposes.
