1:45 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, State & Lake Streets. Contacted Ronald D. Duell (M/W NoUW) who flagged me down and requested an ambulance for chest pain. Duell transported by MFD without further incident.
3:32 am, Disorderly Conduct, State & Gilman Streets. Transporter person to Detox incapacitated due to alcohol.
