Incident occurred on 12/11 - did not make briefing sheet - Contacted person who was operating a vehicle and crashed on Arboretum Drive near Mills Street. The vehicle was totaled from the crash and found unoccupied. Driver located and arrested for OWI 2nd, bail jumping (felony), and operator failure to notify police of accident. Driver transported to local hospital for injuries sustained in the accident.
