3:30 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Person reported half dozen "Dunkin Donuts" stolen.
9:33 pm, Eluding, University Ave. & N. Brooks St. Attempted to stop a person on a dark colored four-wheeler ATV that fled at high rate of speed, running red lights and dangerously passing cars.
11:35 pm, Fire, N. Park St. Contacted person who was found inside the building with MFD, person intoxicated and admitted to pulling the alarm despite there being no emergency, only being lost and unable to find their hotel.
11:40 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Park St. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI 1st, PAC, red light violation, suspended registration, and failure to obey sign or signal.
1:53 am, Check Person, University Ave. & N. Orchard St. Contacted person after being observed running clumsily at Babcock/Observatory.
2:02 am, Drug Violation, University Ave. & N. Park St. Verbally Warned person for unauthorized display of registration, possession of THC and open intox.
