8:28 pm, Information, UWPD. Contacted person regarding personal information and potential stalker/harassment case.
12:25 am, Theft/Larceny, W. Johnson & W. Carroll Streets. Motor Vehicle Theft - Stopped a vehicle during a high-risk traffic stop for operating w/o lamps lit during hours of darkness, driver identified themselves but photos and NCIC information did not match, vehicle fled with passenger inside. Passenger was found while checking the area for vehicle and stated the driver took the vehicle without their consent, vehicle entered into NCIC as stolen.
1:43 am, Check Person, Local Hospital. Contacted person after being discharged from hospital emergency room and refusing to leave, transported person to their residence.
