7:38 pm, Other, University Ave. & Franklin Street. Traffic Stop – Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for numerous lane deviations/OWI distracted driving/video device, OWI 1, open intoxicants driver, and Disorderly Conduct ordinance possession of THC.
