Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver after being stopped for lane deviation and revoked RO, then cited for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Parole Violation. Arrested passenger for Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Bail Jumping x2 and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Neither driver or passenger would claim sole ownership of drugs, both transported to Dane County Jail without incident.
