Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for a DOC warrant during contact with persons found inside a vehicle on Arboretum Drive parked in the dark after UW closing hours and no parking on Arboretum Dr. Vehicle left with passenger as driver arrested and transported to DCJ.
