Traffic stop – Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Disregarding Official Traffic Sign (DO NOT ENTER), cited for Possess Open Intoxicants in motor vehicle, passenger and Obstructing/Resisting Officer (County) after being observed holding an open bottle of alcohol and initially providing a false identity.
2:35 am, Operating While Intoxicated, W. Washington Ave. & Regent Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for OWI 1st and Operating w/o required lamps, vehicle towed.
