Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for FYR to Pedestrian Crossing Controlled Intersection, Operating While Suspended, Operating While Impaired (1st), and Operating With Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (1st).
