Owner located, attempts made to contact with no reply, placed into property for safekeeping until able to contact with response.
1:59 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Packaged and placed a found I-phone into safekeeping that was turned into UWPD Dispatch, placed into safekeeping until able to locate owner.
