Arrested/Cited passenger for County Resisting/Obstructing and UAL 1st after brief foot pursuit when they ran from vehicle upon stop.
11:46 pm, Other, Emerson & S. Park Streets. Weapons Violation during Traffic Stop – Stopped vehicle for operating w/o front license plate. Probably cause search conduced due to odor of marijuana, passenger dropped firearm upon exiting vehicle and arrested for carrying concealed weapons, transported to Dane County Jail, cited/released to jail without incident. Driver cited for drug violation and misdemeanor bail jumping.
