11:21 pm, Drug Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Verbally Warned persons for possession of drug paraphernalia and THC after they were observed smoking near the entrance of Residence Hall.
11:34 pm, Drug Violation, Mills Lot. Arrested/Cited/Released driver with Citation’s person for possession of controlled substance after finding them smoking marijuana in their vehicle after hours in the Arboretum. Verbally warned for UW closing hours, possess THC, possess drug paraphernalia.
