12:25 pm, Information, Memorial Union Hotel. Contacted campus hotel manager regarding a guest staying in their campus hotel without providing ID, other additional items and has been known to smoke in the room. Manager informed to contact UWPD if assistance is needed.
6:19 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Local Hospital. Assisted Hospital Staff & Security with patient experiencing mental health crisis.
11:55 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Lake & Langdon Streets. Contacted person after they were creating a disturbance, cited for municipal UAL 1st and verbally warned for fake ID (confiscated and destroyed).
4:44 am, Check Person, N. Park Street/Lot 29. Contacted/Cited/Released person for Trespass-Remain after notice after they were found sleeping in the 4th floor stair well. Person had been cited for camping less than one month prior with the strict instruction not to come back to the building and sleep at any point going forward.
