3:02 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after persons saw them laying on the ground in the bushes just off the Lakeshore Path, MFR transported back to local hospital for medical treatment.
10:14 pm, Other, University Ave. & N. Brooks Street. Traffic Stop – Contacted/Cited driver for expired registration, operating while revoked and failure to install IID, verbally warned for unregistered vehicle (need to keep registration in vehicle at all times).
12:36 am, Other, Lot 46. Contacted person after being observed when walking away from a large puddle, they admitted to depositing urine.
