Traffic Stop – Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail passenger for Carry Concealed Weapon – Repeater during traffic stop after vehicle was stopped. Driver of traffic stop was cited for red light violation, improper left turn, possess open intoxicants in a Motor vehicle and operating without a license.
