On April 27, 2016 at 10:50PM, Timothy A Arnold of Madison was arrested by a UWPD Police Officer.
Arnold was a person of interest in the graffiti cases of the Wolfsangel and Valknut symbols painted in green spray paint throughout the UW-Madison Campus and the downtown City of Madison area. After speaking with a UWPD detective it was determined that probable cause existed to request charges from the Dane County District Attorney’s Office for eight counts of Criminal Damage to Property.
