Badgers — we need your help finding one of our own.

On Nov. 15, 2022, the family of student Enzhe Xun reported him missing to the City of Madison Police Department. Despite efforts to contact Xun, he has not been heard from for several weeks.

The UWMadison Police Department, International Student Services, Dean of Students Office, and the student’s family have been working with City of Madison Police Department detectives to locate him. Xun does not live on campus and attempts to reach him have so far been unsuccessful.

He was last known to be staying at the Super 8 Motel located at 1602 W. Beltline Highway. Hotel staff last remember seeing him in mid-September.

Madison Police and UWPD are asking for anyone with information about Xun’s whereabouts to call Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 1-608-266-6014 or online at p3tips.com.

We encourage anyone affected by this news to seek support and community in ways that feel right to you:

If you are concerned about a student at any time, submit a student of concern form to the Dean of Students Office.
