1:29 pm, Information, 702 W Johnson Street. Referred information from EO54 notification to another agency regarding University application.
3:07 pm, Threat Assessment, Bascom Hall. Contacted staff member about continued emails from suspect currently out of state who continues to email violations of their rights while a former student at this institution.
3:11 pm, Threat Assessment, Bascom Hall. Contacted staff member about renewed emails from suspect warning another person about conspiracies.
4:11 pm, Information, UWPD. Contacted person who reported a concerning matter regarding a student at the University.
10:36 pm, Other, Request for Assistance - Local Hospital. Contacted subject leaving local hospital AMA.
12:25 am, Drug Violation, University Ave & N Charter Streets. Verbally warned subject for failure to obey sign (wrong way on a one way) and possession of marijuana.

10:31 am, Damage to Property, University Ave. Contacted person regarding damage to Center for Healthy Minds mailbox located on University Bay Drive.
10:49 am, Information, University Ave. Informational report documenting concerning e-mail.
9:23 pm, Information, University Ave & Brooks Street. Stopped person after misreading of vehicle DOT return lead to belief vehicle was stolen.

, Theft/Larceny, UW Hospital. Contacted person reporting an iPhone 13 in a black Otterbox case was taken/stolen when they switched rooms around 1pm in the cardiac unit at UW Hospital.

12:05 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Randall Ave & Monroe Street. Cited/arrested/released to responsible party suspect for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, UAL 1st, Violation of traffic control signal-red (reason for stop), and verbally warned for fake ID.
12:11 am, Other, Traffic Stop - University Ave and East Campus Mall. While on routine patrol, a vehicle was observed traveling west bound on University Ave with hazard lights on while in traffic.
12:23 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, W. Gorham Street. Detox Conveyance - Contacted/Transported person to local hospital for detox.

5:31 am, Criminal Damage, Lot 46. Contacted UW-Madison Transportation Services regarding damage to the #2 lane parking arm in the west side reverse exit lane of lot #46.
7:21 am, Damage to Property, 1500 Block Highland Ave. Damage to one window pane on the east side of bus shelter on north side of WIMR.
9:05 am, Found Property, Lot 7. Placed lost Apple AirPods into property after Transportation Services found them in Lot 7.
6:21 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, County Highway VV. MAFIT call out to assist Sun Prairie Fire Department with a fire investigation at a structure fire (barn fire).
8:31 pm, Drug Violation, Johnson & N. Lake Streets. Stopped suspect vehicle for operating without required lamps.
11:19 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Vilas Hall. Cited person for UW camping.

11:51 pm, Eluding, W. Gorham and N. Henry Streets. Attempted to stop a silver sedan going the wrong way on W Gorham Street near N Henry Street.
1:03 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Regent and N. Brooks Streets. Arrested/Cited/released to a responsible party suspect for OWI.

12:14 pm, Information, McBurney Resource Center. Received application packet from Admissions & Recruitment containing mandatory reporting information under Executive Order 54.
1:45 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Placed person into protective custody for the purposes of Emergency Detention.
2:25 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Memorial Union. Transported person to local hospital due to reports of leg pain.
6:22 pm, Battery, UW Hospital. Contacted person after they scratched the face of a UW Hospital Security Officer and attempted to gouge their eyes out.
7:40 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UW Hospital. Assisted Middleton PD with individual in their custody into handcuffs.
10:47 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UW Hospital. Assisted Green County Sheriff’s Office Detective.
11:37 pm, Check Person, Picnic Point. Cited persons for closing hours violation after finding them inside the entrance to Picnic Point.
10:48 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Lot 6. Transported person to treatment center for voluntary treatment.

2:59 pm, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted person about unwanted communications and past instances, all outside Wisconsin, of arriving uninvited/unwanted at residence and place of employment.
10:09 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Tent Colony. Cited suspect for closing hours violation after they were parked in the tent colony lot after 10pm (prior warning within a year).

3:04 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Eagle Heights. Contacted person for a check person.
4:35 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Checked exterior of building. Conducted foot patrol of interior. Door secure, no issues, no disturbances.
8:45 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Contacted person after they ran into the Emergency Department area after yelling they did not want to be at the hospital.
