7:48 am, Damage to Property, Lot 46. Located a reported fire extinguishers had been discharged in SE stairwell. Located 3 discharged fire extinguishers (2 from 2nd floor, 1 from 3rd floor) causing the whole stairwell to be covered in fire retardant. Transportation Services advised due to the chemical from the extinguishers ServPro has to perform the cleanup.

11:58 am, Information, UWPD. Online information received from University Strategic Communications via Facebook messages over the weekend.
12:17 pm, Theft/Larceny, Near West Fields. Contact with person who wasn’t sure if they left their airpods at the playing fields or on the 80 Metro Bus.
6:17 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person reporting their bike missing from bike racks/west side-Lake St.
7:06 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported being scammed out of a large sum of money from their bank account. Needed police report for fraud purposes for international bank and reporting purposes.
2:52 am, Battery, Location Redacted. Contact with staff member regarding battery, PC report completed, (F) battery, additional information person experiencing potential mental health crisis.

12:22 pm, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall Stadium. Contacted person who reported losing their wallet while working at Camp Randall and one of their credit cards had been used.
5:15 pm, Theft/Larceny, East Campus Mall. Contacted person who had their e-scooter stolen outside of Walgreen’s on East Campus Mall.
5:15 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person after their vehicle was struck while in lot 75.

9:55 am, Damage to Property, Lot 15. Contacted persons after they drove their vehicle over a drop off inside Lot 15 while parking for Badger game.
11:11 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contact with person after they reported being scammed out of money for season football tickets. Investigation ongoing, payment through Venmo.
12:43 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported the theft of their e-scooter from the bike racks on the western side of the Nic Rec Center.
1:00 pm, Other, Educational Sciences. Building was already locked upon arrival.
2:18 pm, Other, Monroe Street. Contacted person regarding possible detox, intoxicated, not incapacitated, gave ride to residence.
7:34 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Library. Contacted persons outside Memorial library after receiving a call that someone was stealing a bike, investigation found the person was picking the bike up for another person and had to cut the lock as they did not know the bike lock combination.
10:51 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contact with person who was intoxicated not incapacitated, cited for UAL 1st.
10:55 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported patient to local hospital due to intoxication from alcohol, UAL citation to be delivered at a later date.

2:08 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who was scammed out of a large sum of money, trying to work with financial institute to get funds returned.
2:15 am, Found Property, Humanities Building. A red jacket and instrument was found on the South side of Humanities and turned into UWPD. Placed into evidence for safe keeping.
2:22 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Location Redacted. MFR transported patient to local hospital due to intoxication from alcohol, UAL citation to be delivered at a later date.

1:32 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Called person who reported paying for football tickets they attempted to purchase through the UW Campus GroupMe app and never received tickets.
1:47 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person whose backpack with personal items inside was stolen.
3:58 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Observatory Drive. Contacted person after they were hit by a motor vehicle that was entering Lot 9 who did not see them in the crosswalk. MFR transported person to local hospital for medical treatment.
4:14 pm, Burglary, Vilas Hall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for theft, carrying a concealed weapon (knife,) and possessing other weapons (oc spray,) and a parole violation.
8:39 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person after they reported they were scammed out of funds when trying to purchase football season tickets.
12:20 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Transported to Residence Hall persons after they were found in another residence hall intoxicated not incapacitated. Both issued citations for UAL 1st at a later date.
