- 2:06 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after being flagged down by bystanders saying they were laying on the curb and having a medical emergency.
- 2:39 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Walworth County. Assisted Walworth County Sheriff's Office after foot pursuit, detention/arrest of person.

- 7:41 am, Graffiti, Olin House. Contacted person after they reported chalk graffiti on sidewalk in front of Chancellor's House.
- 10:10 am, Other, UW Medical Foundation Centennial Bldg. Lockout - Report number pulled in error.
- 10:46 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Mill Street/Portage County. Assisted Portage County Sheriff's Office with a barricaded subject who was previously involved in two Officer involved shootings and barricaded themself inside a residence.
- 12:20 pm, Theft/Larceny, Labahn Center. Contacted person regarding their scooter being taken from outside the Labahn Center.
- 6:06 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Trespass to Medical Facility, after refusing to leave the hospital following discharge.
- 7:30 pm, Criminal Damage, Upham Woods. Person reported unknown person(s) tore white metal "No Trespassing" sign off metal post and left sign in grassy area on Beaver Beach at Upham Woods.
- 8:54 pm, Check Person, University Ave & N. Frances St. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Dane County Warrant Failure to Appear.
- 10:21 pm, Emergency Detention, Local Hospital. Completed Emergency Detention for person after Crisis agreed with an emergency detention due to the persons inability to care for themselves.
- 10:35 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Sellery Hall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st. Additional citations for red light violation and operating without a license.
- 1:25 am, Battery, Library Mall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for battery and Disorderly Conduct after they punched and pushed the victim out of their walker chair on Library Mall.

- 1:53 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, State Street. Contacted/detained person for MPD for simple battery.

Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Parole Violation, Resisting/Obstructing, Possession of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct after they attempted to walk away from officers while detained, then laid on ground mute requiring EMS transport to a local hospital.
- 8:15 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted FBI with case.
- 8:16 am, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Person reported black/silver Bontrager icon comp front bicycle light and attachment stolen.
- 10:04 am, Damage to Property, Parking Lot G. Contacted by telephone person who reported eggs being thrown at their apartment on/around 7/15/24.
- 1:10 pm, Other, Humanities Building. Lewd & Lascivious Behavior - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after complainant alleged that person urinated on a protest sign on the corner of N. Park St and University Ave. Person arrested for 944.20(1)(a) Lewd and Lascivious behavior, 947.01(1) Disorderly Conduct, and 946.49(1)(a) Misd. Bail Jumping.
- 1:15 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, West Washington Ave. Requested by DEA for K9 Sniff of vehicle as part of ongoing narcotics investigation.
- 1:27 pm, Damage to Property, Arboretum Woods. Contacted by email person who reported new graffiti on the storage shed located in Arboretum property adjacent to Wingra Park.

- 10:15 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, S. Park St & Haywood Drive. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI (2nd) and exceeding speed zones (50/25).

- 3:32 pm, Check Person, Randall St & Engineering Drive. Contacted person in the middle of the Northbound lane of North Randall Ave at Engineering Dr laying in the crosswalk appearing to be intoxicated. Placed into protective custody and taken to local hospital for evaluation.
- 7:51 pm, Information, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding an informational report regarding someone taking pictures of them in their dorm room.
- 9:00 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Local Hospital. Contacted person experiencing mental heath crisis.
- 1:42 am, Other, West Washington Ave & Park St. Cited person for operating while suspended. Verbally Warned for possession of THC. Passenger drove vehicle away.

- 5:15 pm, Found Property, UWPD - Monroe Street. Contacted person regarding their found property that was turned into UWPD dispatch after being found on the street.
- 7:32 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Arboretum & Wingra. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported to local hospital person for operating with PAC (5th) (felony), violating an IID court order, operating after revocation (criminal), and operating a motor vehicle off roadway.

- 8:31 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 63. Contacted Transportation Services reporting at 15:39 on 7/21/2024 a red Chevrolet Pickup truck backed in the exit gate arm on level E of the parking ramp.

- 12:14 am, Other, Local Hospital. Contacted person after they were refusing to leave the hospital and making statements about acquiring a firearm upon their discharge.

- 10:20 am, Theft/Larceny, Gilman House. Person reported their bike had been stolen between 6pm last night and 6:20am this morning from the bike racks on the westside of Gilman house.
- 12:23 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 4:45 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Patient being transported by MFR, no police assistance needed.
- 2:43 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Observatory Dr. & Park St. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for driving in bicycle lane (stop reason), operating left of center (stop reason), OWI 3rd, and PAC 3rd in WI.

- 10:59 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Person provided medical assistance by MFR and transported to a local hospital.
- 12:30 pm, Theft/Larceny, Eagle Heights. Contacted person who reported possible theft of a necklace ($150 value) on 6/8/24-6/9/24 and a bracelet ($500 value) on 7/18/24.
- 2:31 pm, Other, DeJope Residence Hall. Request For Assistance - Contacted persons after both parties reported a bike v. UW Grounds truck motor vehicle accident occurring on the bike path.
- 3:32 pm, Damage to Property, Eagle Heights Drive. Contacted person who reported another person witnessed the one person driving over the grass in the area of 101 Eagle Heights, causing approximately $300 damage.
- 4:39 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Observatory Drive. Contacted persons who crashed at the hairpin on Observatory Drive. Photographs taken.
- 6:23 pm, Fire, Mineral Point Road. Person was loading straw into the three-sided pole building to the north of the main office when it caught fire. Fire extinguisher efforts unsuccessful. Building complete loss.
- 8:09 pm, Battery, Near West Play Fields. Contacted person after they were punched in the right side of their face, by an unidentified suspect, during a soccer game.
- 1:01 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, STH 19. Assisted DCSO and SNPD with drone deployment in attempt to locate individual for felony bail jumping.

- 4:19 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person who parked their vehicle in Lot 75 and upon returning to the vehicle they noticed a 4-foot scratch on the rear bumper.
