- 7:59 am, Follow-up, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding concerns related to involuntary dismissal of person from chemistry graduate program.
- 7:59 am, Other, Langdon St. Protest/Demonstrations: Contacted person during protest on 05/01/2024 at Library Mall and will be issued a citation for UW Code Resisting/Obstruction at a later date.
- 9:40 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, DeJope Residence Hall. Contacted person at DeJope Residence Hall loading dock after they backed their UW Waste & Recycling vehicle into an unoccupied, parked UW Housing Vehicle.
- 3:10 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 60. Person reported one, 1 inch long scratch to passenger front bumper of their vehicle.
- 8:03 pm, Check Person, Memorial Union. Contacted person regarding theft of black Trek Bike with electric blue decal.
- 2:17 am, Other, Lake & Dayton Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned person for improper right turn and suspended Registered Owner.
- 2:45 am, Check Person, Local Hospital. Contacted/Transported to Detox person needing medical assistance.

- 11:55 am, Found Property, UWPD. Unable to get a charge or any owner ID from iPhone turned into Dispatch. Phone recovered from Lake Mendota.
- 11:56 am, Found Property, UWPD. Person was scuba diving in Lake Mendota and found white iPhone and turned it into UWPD.
- 1:56 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 7. Contacted person who reported that on May 20, 2024 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. their vehicle was struck in Lot 7 causing a 1.5-2 inch dent on driver's side.
- 2:53 pm, Threat Assessment, Local Hospital. Contacted person at local hospital Emergency Department after they contacted UWPD regarding concerns for the welfare of a patient.
- 9:05 pm, Other, Residence Hall. Request For Assistance - Contacted person regarding a construction fence fell on the hood of their car due to storm.

- 5:05 am, Other, Langdon Street. Update - Protest/Demonstrations: Contacted person during protest on 05/01/2024 at Library Mall and will be issued a citation for UW Code Resisting/Obstruction at a later date.
- 11:28 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Met person and escorted to room where alarm was triggered, checked area, located and educated staff working in area regarding door alarms, eye scanners and police presence.
- 12:20 pm, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted person who has received complaints from staff about a non-staff person who has routinely driven by the facility and is known to have weapons and has made threats previously towards staff.
- 5:16 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Contacted person after Dane County Crisis requested an Emergency Detention be pursued.
- 5:27 pm, Resisting Arrest, Local Hospital. Arrested and released person for disorderly conduct and resisting at the Emergency Department entrance over security screening prior to entry to the patient’s room.
- 7:53 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported three unauthorized credit card charges for "rocktmarsradio.com" beginning on 4.19.2024.
- 10:22 pm, Theft/Larceny, Smith Hall. Contacted person who reported their Yellow Leinenkugel bicycle was stolen from smith hall bike racks between 5/17 12pm and 8pm 5/20.
- 12:14 am, Information, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they reported that their partner had pushed them out of their car on N. Charter Street/W. Johnson Street following an argument.

- 3:08 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Campus Dr. & University Ave. Case from May 19th – update: Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI 1st, unreasonable and imprudent speed, and failure to maintain lane. Person was on Campus Drive driving in both lanes, and hit the curb.
- 6:08 pm, Disorderly Conduct, Local Hospital. Contacted person who was reporting their ex-partner had responded to their place of employment and struck them and pulled their hair out.
- 8:31 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted Sauk Co Sheriff with obtaining medical release form from subject flown in by medflight.
- 4:31 am, Follow-up, UWPD. Phone call from person with an update regarding their mental health.

- 7:27 am, Found Property, HSLC. Contacted person after UW Security found their birth certificate at HSLC.
- 5:45 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Library. Contacted person after they reported his GoTrax scooter had been taken from the East Memorial Library bike racks.
- 6:02 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Local Hospital. Contacted Hospital Staff after receiving 3rd party information that a patient ingested additional medication while being treated in local hospital emergency room.
- 8:42 pm, Warrant Served, University Ave & Shorewood Blvd. Stopped person for broken headlight, no seat belt, and revoked registered owner. Passengers verbally warned and released on foot for no seat belts. Registered owner had a warrant through DOC, Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail.
- 1:45 am, Warrant Served, W. Dayton & N. Frances Streets. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Possession with intent to distribute THC 200-1000 grams, Possession with intent to distribute Percocet(Oxycodone, 58 pills), Resisting/Obstructing, Probation and Criminal Complaint warrant.
- 3:08 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Campus Dr. & University Ave. Incident ongoing at time of briefing release.

- 6:53 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Walsh & Walnut Streets. Contacted persons after one accidentally struck one person’s vehicle while on a bicycle.
- 10:45 am, Found Property, UWPD. Lost/Found Apple Watch mailed to UWPD.
- 1:05 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 74. Contacted person after they reported a Union South catering vehicle had been struck while parked in lot 74 on 05/15/24.
- 8:22 pm, Other, McKay Center. Contacted person requesting a welfare check on someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 9:53 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Conducted OWI Blood draw for Richland County Sheriff's Office after receiving mutual aid request.

- 10:57 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted staff who confirmed accidental alarm.
- 1:50 pm, Information, Memorial Union. Union ban letter sent to UWPD to issue upon next contact with person in question.
- 1:55 pm, Found Property, Bascom Hall. Attempted to contact person after their Amazon package was delivered to the incorrect.
- 3:08 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person after someone else backed into their vehicle while waiting for a parking space in the ramp on the 1st floor to the lower-level parking.
- 3:39 pm, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall Stadium. Contacted person who reported their silver iPhone 14 Pro was stolen from the restroom on the 3rd level concourse near section A sometime between 1330 and 1430 on 5/11/24.
- 4:19 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person regarding their BCycle bicycle which was taken from the Memorial Union.
- 10:36 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Langdon & Lake Streets. Assisted MPD with a disturbance on Langdon St. and Lake St. Initially made contact with two of the three people involved.

- 8:40 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 74. Contacted persons after Transportation Services reported person backed into another person’s parked vehicle and left the scene.
- 9:27 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 60. Contacted person after the Mean Green Evo Mower they were operating slipped off the curb and caused damage to vehicle that was parked in the NW most spot in the lot.
- 10:02 am, Damage to Property, Location Redacted. Contacted person who reported a new instance of cut fence on the south side of the property.
- 1:44 pm, Other, East Campus Mall. Contacted person via phone after they reported a cardboard box containing 20-30 binders of Lambda Theta Alpha sorority member's personal information was missing from locked cubby #17.
- 2:48 pm, Theft/Larceny, Ogg Residence Hall. Contacted person after Ogg Residence Hall staff member reported two males were attempting to steal a moped. Moped stolen, found inoperable and towed to secure location.
- 6:16 pm, Graffiti, W. Johnson St & East Campus Mall. Contacted/Verbal warning to person for vandalism after they were observed defacing the columns on ECM/W. Johnson St.

- 5:24 am, Other, Lot 51. Suspicious Person - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Possession of drug paraphernalia, Misdemeanor bail jumping x4 and Felony bail jumping x3.
- 8:40 am, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported a Bollard was stolen from outside the Labahn arena at 1:59am. Bollard retrieved from house on Milton Street and returned to the Kohl Center.
- 1:02 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Detained person for emergency detention during mental heath crisis.
- 8:42 pm, Information, Memorial Union. No damage to sidewalk, no crime committed.
- 10:09 pm, Other, Charter St & University Ave. Stopped/Verbally Warned person for expired license and possession of MJ.

- 6:44 am, Criminal Damage, Lot 20. Contacted Facility Manager who reported $2,000-$3,000 worth of damage to Lot 20 ramp surface.
- 8:53 am, Disorderly Conduct, Location Redacted. Staff reported person visited service window 3 times and person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 1:34 pm, Other, Union South. Missing Person - Parents and school staff reported person ran away from a field trip at Union South. Person was located off campus a short while later.
- 10:15 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Request For Assistance - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Domestic Criminal Damage to Property.
- 11:50 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Randall Ave & Johnson Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party for Operating left of center and OWI 1st and verbally warned for Lane deviation.
- 4:36 am, Other, Randall Ave & Johnson St. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited person for speed 42/25. Verbally warned for expired registration and possession of MJ.
