- 11:04 am, Theft/Larceny, LaBahn Arena. Contacted person who reported their black Go Tracks electric scooter was stolen from the stairwell near the elevators on the northeast side of LaBahn sometime between 2/16/24 and 2/19/24.
- 9:04 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 11. Transportation Services called after witnessing one vehicle strike a parked vehicle while backing up to exit the parking lot.
- 6:21 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Called person after Uber driver dropped off their wallet at UWPD.
- 1:14 am, Graffiti, Humanities. Graffiti found on the 2nd floor inside northwest stairwell.

- 12:54 pm, Criminal Damage, Witte Hall. Contacted person who advised that sometime between February 16, 2024 3:30 p.m. and February 17, 2024 11:20 a.m., two intake air vents in the men's bathroom, room 223, were ripped out and the pieces stuffed into the toilets.
- 5:05 pm, Emergency Detention, Local Hospital. Journey Mental Health requested an Emergency Detention on patient who was at local hospital for a toe injury but experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 7:40 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contacted person regarding report of theft from location in hospital.
- 9:29 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted person experiencing a medical emergency.
- 9:31 pm, Other, University Ave & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop - Verbally warned person for violating red traffic signal.
- 11:15 pm, Warrant Served, Frances & Johnson Streets. Stopped/Cited/Arrested/Released to Dane County Jail without incident person for wrong way driving and for an active warrant from Washington CO.
- 11:59 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Fahrenbrook & Brooks Street. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible Party for OWI (1st) and PAC (1st). Stopped vehicle for suspended Registered Owner.
- 2:10 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Residence Hall. Contact made with person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 2:41 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Released at local hospital for UAL 1st after found by housefellow unconscious and breathing near 1st floor vending machine.

- 3:52 pm, Graffiti, Helen C White Hall. Graffiti found on the 2nd floor inside the women’s bathroom.
- 3:53 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Transported person to local hospital of medical concern.

- 8:44 am, Fire, Computer Science Building. Actual fire in the Halon fire suppressant area of room in basement.
- 10:50 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after being contacted by staff as they were experiencing a mental health crisis and needed a ride to the Emergency Room.
- 10:54 am, Sexual Assault, Location Redacted. Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for 4th Degree Sexual Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
- 2:41 pm, Other, Location Redacted. Stalking - Person reported unwanted contact with another person at place of employment.
- 4:15 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 17. Contacted driver after reversing their vehicle and struck another vehicle in the parking lot.
- 8:57 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Hospital placed in red status after person was dropped off at the UW ER entrance with a single GSW (gunshot wound to the leg.
- 12:07 am, Eluding, S. Park & Regent Streets. Attempted to stop vehicle and began to elude at a high rate of speed .
- 12:15 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Released after transport via MFR to local hospital, person for UAL 1st after friend requested assistance from housefellow due to them being unconscious and breathing.
- 12:27 am, Check Person, Orchard Street & Capital Court. Contacted/Cited/Released person for Depositing Human Wasted after observing them urinating on the back Primates in Lot 81.

- 8:28 am, Other, Lot 75. Request for Assistance - Contacted by phone person who reported a vehicle has repeatedly exited Lot 75 without paying.
- 9:06 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Contacted person who was located in the Northwest stairwell of UW Lot 7, Grainger Hall Ramp and cited for trespassing.
- 9:17 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Picnic Point. Transported person to their residence after experiencing a medical situation.
- 9:49 am, Other, Eagle Heights. Request For Assistance - Responded to meet family members of resident to assist with a voluntary vacate in lieu of eviction.
- 12:04 pm, Check Person, Highland Ave. Stood by until person calmed down and experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 12:06 pm, Domestic, Location Redacted. Contacted person who reported being battered by their ex-partner.
- 2:04 pm, Graffiti, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported graffiti located by night building manager in women's bathroom on stall door and toilet.
- 6:26 pm, Information, Bakke Recreation Center. Contact with person reporting their AirPod pros stolen. Airpods located.
- 6:57 pm, Information, Helen C. White Hall. Contacted person who reported being followed into HCW by unknown person and felt unsafe.
- 7:59 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Elizabeth Waters Resident Hall. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for bypassing the main door card reader and falling asleep in the lobby.
- 12:36 am, Operating While Intoxicated, University Ave & Bassett Street. Arrested/Cited/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI(1st), PAC(1st), Driving against traffic (one way).
- 12:56 am, Follow-up, Memorial Union. Follow-up being conducted due to new information gathered regarding a check person at the Memorial Union.
- 1:56 am, Check Person, Witte Hall. Contact for a check person who was intoxicated but not incapacitated due to alcohol.
- 4:53 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Transported person to local hospital (Detox closed/not enough staffing) after they were found unconscious but breathing by the north entrance to Residence Hall by housing staff.

- 2:42 pm, Information, McBurney Resource Center. Received a mandatory report from the Office of Admission.
- 6:00 pm, Criminal Damage, Lot 56. Contacted person regarding damage to left windshield wiper arm.
- 8:33 pm, Damage to Property, Biotechnology Center. Sprinkler head burst leaving extensive damage to space/rooms/building.
- 11:38 pm, Criminal Damage, N. Frances Street. Person reported a light pole (City of Madison owned) had been knocked over.
- 12:05 am, Graffiti, Witte Hall. Contacted Transportation Services regarding graffiti on the two bus stops on the northside of Witte Hall.

- 7:46 am, Graffiti, Observatory and Babcock Drives. 2'x3' "Free Palestine" written in block spray paint on the bus route map in the Madison Metro bus stop on the NW corner of the intersection on Observatory Dr at Babcock Dr.
- 8:07 am, Graffiti, Lot 81. Contacted person regarding black, red and silver paint marker graffiti on dumpster next to bike path.
- 10:22 am, Information, Memorial Union. Contacted persons regarding behavior of another person while out of office.
- 11:04 am, Other, Mechanical Engineering. Demonstrations & Protests - Arrested/Cited/Released suspect for Prohibited use of Sound Amplifying Equipment and UW Resisting/Obstructing after they and approx. 10 other protesters w/Student Org - Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) attempted to force entry into sanctioned career fair with prohibited items (megaphones, flags w/poles) to disrupt the event.

- 4:21 pm, Drug Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted, Verbally Warned person for possession of THC, possession of alcohol while underage.

- 9:37 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted persons who were observed taking a bicycle from the rack outside the Nicholas Rec Center.

- 9:18 pm, Criminal Damage, Charmany Farms. While performing a check area of the farm, another hole was discovered in the east side perimeter fence.
