- 3:09 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contacted persons after being verbally abusive towards staff and threatening to take their critical ill patient from the hospital against medical advice.
- 9:25 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Kohl Center. Placed in Protective Custody person after they were observed in a restricted area in the Kohl Center during Journey Concert.
- 10:22 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Lot 46. Contacted persons after a bystander in nearby residence hall witnessed persons yelling at nothing, holding a liquor bottle, and getting near the edge of Lot 46's roof.

- 2:57 pm, Fraud, Kronshage Commons. Contact with person who advised they attempted to purchase two concert tickets from another student, however, the phone number given by the person does not coincide with the student directory contact.
- 8:37 pm, Check Person, Humanities Building. Cited person for closing hours and verbally warned for smoking in designated areas only, picnicking and camping.
- 11:21 pm, Theft/Larceny, Witte Loading Dock. Contacted person for theft of airpods on 3rd floor court 8 of Nicholas Rec Center between 8pm and 10pm.

- 12:47 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st.
- 2:19 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, East Campus Mall & W. Johnson Street. Cited person for UAL 1st after seeing them with an open can of beer in their hand.
- 2:19 am, Drug Violation, Lot 91. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for carrying a concealed weapon and going armed while intoxicated.

- 8:04 pm, Information, Location Redacted. Contacted person who reported another person claiming to be another person contacted them and told them information about themselves and another person that no one else knows – stalking investigation ongoing.
- 10:51 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, W. Dayton & N. Brooks Streets. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible party person for OWI(2nd), PAC(1st), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of THC, possession of open intox and driving against traffic (one way, reason for stop).
- 12:43 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Released person for UAL 1st, unable to PBT due to incapacitation ad transported to local hospital by MFR.
- 2:23 am, Operating While Intoxicated, S. Mills & Chandler Streets. Arrested/Cited/Released to responsible party suspect for OWI 1st, PAC, unreasonable and imprudent speed, OWL and Possession of drug paraphernalia.

- 7:16 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, UW Hospital Loading Dock. Contacted persons after their vehicles collided in the loading dock of the UW Hospital.
- 7:51 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Door alarm and motion alarms.
- 2:35 pm, Information, Kohl Center. Contacted person who reported they were assaulted by another person. After further investigation no assault occurred.
- 5:12 pm, Sexual Assault, Location Redacted. Contacted persons regarding resident in their care reported they were touched in the groin area by CNA at a local hospital as a patient.
- 6:25 pm, Drug Violation, Sellery Hall. Residence Hall staff located a bag with 3g of marijuana on the lobby floor.
- 8:03 pm, Information, UWPD. Contacted person who was reporting they believed they were poisoned at Pete's Coffee at some point in 2023.
- 10:13 pm, Other, UWPD. Request For Assistance - Contacted person via telephone call, spoke about current stressful concerns they have been having and ways to remedy those concerns.
- 11:33 pm, Other, W. Johnson & N. Mills Streets. Traffic - Cited person for operating without valid DL, verbally warned for non-registration of auto.
- 1:53 am, Other, Alumni House. Request For Assistance - Contacted persons who were out on Lake Mendota when two fell through the ice.

- 9:04 am, Other, Kohl Center. Request For Assistance - Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for 2 active warrants (Dane and Columbia County).
- 10:28 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person for a check person experiencing a medical emergency, MFR transported to local hospital.
- 11:10 am, Graffiti, Knickerbocker Street. Notified via email from Arboretum staff new graffiti found on shed located on Arboretum property adjacent to Wingra Boats.
- 5:40 pm, Bail Jumping, Location Redacted. Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for violating a Dane County harassment injunction and misdemeanor bail jumping after person reported they were in the building.

- 11:44 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Request from MPD to review UW Milestone cameras for suspect vehicle reference a stalking complaint.

- 5:46 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Person transported to local hospital by MFR for medical emergency.
- 11:24 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 46. Contacted Transportation Services regarding a vehicle that pushed the gate arm in lot-46 with the vehicle causing an outward bend in the gate arm.
- 1:08 am, Emergency Detention, Local Hospital. Completed Emergency Detention for patient after Journey contacted UWPD following patients attempts to walk into traffic on the east side and causing self-harm in local ER.

- 11:04 am, Theft/Larceny, LaBahn Arena. Contacted person who reported their black Go Tracks electric scooter was stolen from the stairwell near the elevators on the northeast side of LaBahn sometime between 2/16/24 and 2/19/24.
- 9:04 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 11. Transportation Services called after witnessing one vehicle strike a parked vehicle while backing up to exit the parking lot.
- 6:21 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Called person after Uber driver dropped off their wallet at UWPD.
- 1:14 am, Graffiti, Humanities. Graffiti found on the 2nd floor inside northwest stairwell.

- 12:54 pm, Criminal Damage, Witte Hall. Contacted person who advised that sometime between February 16, 2024 3:30 p.m. and February 17, 2024 11:20 a.m., two intake air vents in the men's bathroom, room 223, were ripped out and the pieces stuffed into the toilets.
- 5:05 pm, Emergency Detention, Local Hospital. Journey Mental Health requested an Emergency Detention on patient who was at local hospital for a toe injury but experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 7:40 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contacted person regarding report of theft from location in hospital.
- 9:29 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted person experiencing a medical emergency.
- 9:31 pm, Other, University Ave & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop - Verbally warned person for violating red traffic signal.
- 11:15 pm, Warrant Served, Frances & Johnson Streets. Stopped/Cited/Arrested/Released to Dane County Jail without incident person for wrong way driving and for an active warrant from Washington CO.
- 11:59 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Fahrenbrook & Brooks Street. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible Party for OWI (1st) and PAC (1st). Stopped vehicle for suspended Registered Owner.
- 2:10 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Residence Hall. Contact made with person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 2:41 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Released at local hospital for UAL 1st after found by housefellow unconscious and breathing near 1st floor vending machine.
