- 7:55 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted students reporting one electric scooter was stolen from the bike racks on the north side of the NIC. Other student reported damage to a carabiner style lock on their GGoTrax G4 scooter.

- 11:16 pm, Graffiti, Vilas Hall. Responded to Vilas Hall for graffiti located on the exterior southeast wall.
- 12:18 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Liz Waters Residence Hall. Cited person for underage consumption of alcohol 1st.
- 1:28 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Lorch Court & Campus Drive. Stopped person for failure to obey traffic sign (wrong way on one way) and arrested/cited for OWI 2nd, PAC (.10 BAC), OWR 4th +, Failure to Obey a Traffic Sign, Posses THC, Posses of Drug Para. Released to a responsible party.

- 3:29 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Marion & Dayton Streets. Arrested/cited/released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, Fail to Yield Right of Way on Left Turn (Reason for Stop), Open Intox, and Dane County Possession of THC.

- 2:48 pm, Disorderly Conduct, location redacted. Arrested suspect for disorderly conduct with domestic enhancer after they made a comment about shooting a patient at a local hospital.
- 3:21 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bascom Hill. Contacted person via phone who reported the theft of a large orange and blue sign (10ft x 4ft) belonging to their student org, Rise Wisconsin, from the lower third of Bascom Hill between 12:30pm and 3:30pm.
- 4:12 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who admitted taking, concealing, and carrying away property (iPhone 14, $1000 value) belonging to victim. .

- 4:54 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were feeling vaguely suicidal following an incident where a friend had been treated at a local hospital.
- 1:56 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 75. Contacted person regarding another person driving a vehicle who struck brick wall at 1354 on 3.30.23.
- 3:29 pm, Other, Merit House. Contacted persons whose room window was broken on March 26th 2023 at 1:50AM.
- 4:20 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Transported person to local hospital for Mental Health Welfare Check as they were actively hearing voices from Jefferson County Sheriffs.
- 8:29 pm, Theft/Larceny, Sellery Hall. Contacted person who reported some of their clothes were stolen from the basement laundry room between 13:15 and 20:15.
- 9:57 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, E. Johnson & N Butler Streets. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st and misdemeanor bail jumping x2.
- 11:55 pm, Other, Langdon Street. Liquor Law False ID - Contacted person after they were seen laying on the ground being helped up by friends.
- 12:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent & Jefferson Streets. Cited person for UAL 1st and verbally warned for poss of fake ID after I saw them vomiting.
- 2:24 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted Physician at local hospital for duty to inform after harmful statements were made from patient who is currently in the emergency room for voluntary mental health treatment due to suicidal/homicidal ideations.

- 7:25 am, Disorderly Conduct, Location Redacted. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for Disorderly Conduct, resisting, and threats to Law Enforcement.
- 8:59 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local hospital. Local hospital recovered bullet from patient.
- 9:34 am, Assault, Location Redacted. Person reported that several people had come and gone from location, but that no problems or foul play were observed.

- 5:35 pm, Theft/Larceny, Slichter Hall. Contacted person after a previous employee of theirs failed to return a Dell laptop and two Dell monitors, valued at $1200.

- 1:27 pm, Theft/Larceny, Elizabeth Waters Residence Hal. Contacted person who reported their light blue Liz road bike was stolen from the east side of Waters Hall sometime between 3/24/23-3/26/23.
- 6:29 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N Brooks St & Collage Court. Cited person for UAL-1st (Muni) after observing them exit Regent Liquor carrying alcohol.
- 7:15 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Responded to ED for Suicidal ideation patient for being verbally combative with staff.
- 12:10 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Bay Drive. Assisted Shorewood Hills PD with clearing private residence, reference juvenile resident waking up to find exterior doors unlocked.

- 6:33 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Assisted MPD regarding a sexual assault that occurred off campus.
- 7:13 pm, Information, Location Redacted. Suspect is accessing accessing restricted areas of hospital after employment termination.
- 7:46 pm, Theft/Larceny, University Houses. Contacted person who stated a refurbished IPhone 13 was stolen from a package delivered to their residence on March 18 at 1030 hours.
- 8:37 pm, Information, Witte Hal. Contacted person ref bathroom door being removed from hinges in 3rd floor bathroom.
- 11:19 pm, Other, Kohl Center. Depositing Human Waste - Contacted/cited person for Depositing Human Waste on the north side of the Kohl Center.
- 1:28 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Adams Hall. Made contact with person who called for EMS for another person for alcohol consumption.

- 8:42 am, Found Property, Nolland Hall. Contacted person at Nolan Hall who advised a black Electrisan E-Scooter had been at the location for approximately a month after an individual was transferred to the hospital.
- 11:21 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person who advised they were the only one in the lab and no unauthorized entries or issues observed.
- 12:57 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Emergency detention of person who came to local hospital voluntarily with suicidal thoughts.
- 3:57 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Emergency detention of person after being found outside of local hospital in a catatonic state.
- 10:40 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, W Gilman Street. Arrested/Cited/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for 3 Dane County warrants (non support x2, and failure to appear on domestic battery/DC), OWI 1st, PAC 1st, unreasonable and imprudent speed, violating red traffic signal, and failure to follow indicated turn.
- 11:43 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 6. Contacted person after they were sleeping in upper lot 6 by Transportation Services Staff.
- 12:41 am, Eluding, S. Park Street & W. Washington Ave. Attempted a traffic stop on a blue 4door vehicle traveling southbound on N Park St at W Washington Ave at a high rated speed.
- 1:24 am, Other, University Ave & East Campus Mall. Liquor Law Violation - Stopped person for failure to illuminate headlamps during hour of darkness, and arrested for Violation of Absolute Sobriety following Standard Field Sobriety Tests, drinking admission.
- 2:24 am, Operating While Intoxicated, University Ave & Babcock Drive. Cited/arrested/released to responsible party suspect for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, and Speeding (radar 51mph on a 25mph zone, reason for stop).
- 2:51 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, University Ave & Babcock Dr. Transported person to detox after they walked into traffic in the middle of an OWI investigation they were not involved in.

- 11:14 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Nicholas Recreation Center. Transported person to local hospital for a shoulder injury they received while playing basketball.
- 11:43 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Sellery Hall. Contacted suspect after they were reported “piggybacking” into Sellery Hall.
- 11:59 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, W Dayton & N Frances Streets. Cited suspect for UAL 1st and verbally warned for possession of fake ID after they were being assisted to walk and was falling into things.
- 12:45 am, Resisting Arrest, W Johnson & N Lake Streets. Cited suspect for UAL 1st and Dane County: resisting after they vomited in front of squad at Lot 46 and took off on foot into Witte.
