- 12:11 pm, Information, Bascom Hall. Contact with person who reported that someone had been contacting the University for 1.5 years filing various complaints.
- 2:01 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Responded to location for a person in Crisis.
- 3:09 pm, Other, Waisman Center. Contacted person referencing a report of receiving unwanted text messages from another person.
- 7:32 pm, Check Person, Social Scienes. Contacted person after they were heard yelling in the 5th floor restroom.

- 9:46 am, Other, University Ave & N. Lake Street. Stopped/Cited person for operating after revocation and warned for suspended registration.
- 10:42 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Eagle Heights Drive. Report pulled in error.
- 3:09 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Memorial Union. Person ingested too much free THC candy at Hemp Fest on State Street.

- 9:59 am, Found Property, University Bay Drive. Contact with person who turned over a handgun magazine found by their High School swim team.
- 11:19 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Sellery Hall. Transported person to local hospital.
- 12:26 pm, Theft/Larceny, Union South. Contacted person regarding their black electric longboard being taken from Union South, outside of the ice cream shop between 6:00pm and 9:00pm on 09/30/2023.

- 3:07 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st after being found by housefellow in the 4th floor bathroom unconscious.

- 9:05 am, Theft/Larceny, Computer Science. Contacted person who reported their bike was stolen from the bike racks on the west side of Comp Sci. on 9/29 between 8:30a-9:00a.
- 4:04 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Assisted ER Staff and Hospital Security with person after they were brought in by MFR.
- 6:03 pm, Theft/Larceny, Eagle Heights. Contacted person regarding a stolen package.
- 6:07 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street. Cited persons for City of Madison UAL 1st, after they were observed with alcohol in their possession from Regent Street Liquor.
- 6:55 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street. Contacted persons and cited after they had purchased alcohol at Regent St. Liquor. Persons also verbally warned for fake ID’s.

- 11:38 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Extension Services. Cited/Transport person for UAL after they were found on the north side of 45 N Charter vomiting on themselves.

- 7:42 am, Theft/Larceny, University Hospital. Contacted person who was accused of stealing a black 4" fan <$10 from the ED waiting room podium.
- 8:42 am, Damage to Property, Picnic Point Grounds. Received report from Lakeshore Nature Preserve about vandalism to Picnic Point Fire Circle #3.

- 2:51 pm, Harassment, Lot 6. Contact made with person who reported to UWPD that on 9/26/23 they received an obscene and profane email message through their professional website.
- 3:16 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street. Cited, released person for municipal UAL after observing them exit Regent Liquor carrying items containing alcohol. Confiscated false ID and disposed of.
- 4:09 pm, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall. Contacted person in regards to their scooter being stolen. Scooter was located.
- 6:27 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were experiencing suicidal ideation.
- 8:24 pm, Other, N Randall & Engineering Drive. Traffic Stop - Initial traffic stop for improper display of registration. Person cited for operating while revoked and failure to install IID and verbally warned for improper display of registration.
- 11:08 pm, Check Person, Biotech Center. Contacted/cited person for being in University building after closing hours.
- 1:28 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Drake & S. Park Streets. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible Party suspect for OWI 1st, and operating without tail lights.
- 2:39 am, Disorderly Conduct, Lincoln Drive. Contacted person for a dispute in Lot 21. Further investigation and search of vehicle lead to the arrest of one person for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and bail jumping. Suspect also verbally warned for possession of drug paraphernalia and released without incident.

- 2:25 pm, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted Dean of Students Office about person following reported concerns about their ongoing behavior in classroom environment.
- 6:07 pm, Theft/Larceny, Gillman House. Contacted person regarding a package left belonging to them that appears to have been stolen.

- 9:05 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person assisting inspectors moving carts, which elongated the time the door was left open.
- 11:48 am, Trespassing/After Hours, UW Hospital. Arrested/cited/released suspect for Trespass-remain after notice after they refused to follow hospital masking policy and refused to leave when instructed by hospital security and UWPD, verbally warned also for resisting/obstructing.

- 2:02 pm, Information, Gordon Commons. Contacted person who reported that another person was recorded taking a photograph of an unknown student's clothed backside while they were at work at Gordon Commons sometime in the early fall.
- 2:28 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person via phone regarding the theft of their black Beats Solo headphones. Headphones turned into Memorial Union Lost and found and returned to the owner.
- 5:19 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted Marquette Sheriff's Department with executing warrant blood draw for patient in local hospital emergency room.
- 5:37 pm, Theft/Larceny, DeJope Residence Hall. Contacted person in reference to wanting to report their black bike stolen from the bike outside of the Fetzner Center.
- 9:20 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they made suicidal statements.
- 10:49 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contact with patient in the burn unit.
- 12:57 am, Criminal Damage, Lot 75. Contacted person regarding damage to their driver's side window molding of their front door.

- 10:08 am, Check Person, Memorial Union. Building staff reported person gave them an odd note with inappropriate language listed.
- 2:35 pm, Theft/Larceny, Goodspeed Family Pier. No disposition at time of briefing release.
- 11:06 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Lot 56. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible party person for operating without required lamps lit during hours of darkness and OWI 2nd, PAC 2nd, open intox, and OAR.
- 11:09 pm, Follow-up, UWPD. Added charges to DCJ resident for Personal Identity Theft-Avoiding Penalty (F) and OAR 4+ forfeiture after investigation showed they provided their brothers information on a previous traffic stop.
- 3:04 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted/transported person after seen wandering the halls, touching posters, acting incoherent and nonverbal.

- 12:41 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported on 9/23/23 sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., their wallet was lost or stolen, possibly from the Memorial Union.
- 1:33 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Weeks Hall. Arrested/cited/released person trespass- remain after notice. Verbally warned for resisting when person unsuccessfully tried to run away.
- 4:50 pm, Theft/Larceny, Chemistry. Contacted person by phone regarding their bicycle being stolen.
- 5:53 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Milton & S. Brooks Streets. Contacted persons after suspicious activity was observed outside of Regent Street Liquor. Cited one for municipal UAL 1st and verbally warned both for false ID.
- 5:54 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Brooks St. & College Ct. Cited, released person for municipal UAL 1st after observing them exit Regent Liquor with suspected alcohol.
