Daily Blotter for October 23rd 2022
- 2:01 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Conover House. MFD clearing scene upon UWPD arrival.
- 2:26 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Lot 40. Patient loaded and transported upon arrival.
- 7:00 pm, Damage to Property, Engineering Hall. Observed two damaged ceiling tiles and some minor flooding resulting from a cracked pipe fixture in the ceiling outside of Rm 3226.
- 9:57 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, UW Hospital. Transported person to detox.
- 9:59 pm, Alarm, Tandem Press. Shipping door wasn`t closed all the way. Closed and secured .
- 12:52 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Lot 83. Cited person for UAL 1st and verbally warned for possession of fake ID after observed vomiting in the plants on the NE side of the Fluno Center.
- 1:17 am, Criminal Damage, Witte Hall. Contacted the house fellow of Witte Hall who was reporting a door had been ripped off the stall.
- 2:03 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Bradley Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st (Amnesty eligible) after friends called for EMS assistance.

- 6:01 am, Alarm, Primate Lab. Made contact with staff who said they accidentally entered the room before 6AM and set off the alarm.
- 9:19 am, Check Person, Lowell Center. Contacted person for UW Code Camping on UW Lands.
- 10:30 am, Found Property, UW Police Department. Packaged/submitted to property a set of white AirPod Pro’s found in Humanities Building, unknown owner.
- 12:59 pm, Fraud, Sellery Hall. Contacted person who reported they lost $150 buying 3 fake football tickets.
- 1:09 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Leland/Balsam. UWPD K9s requested by MPD for shooting scene evidence search.
- 1:46 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Kohl Center. UWPD Security reported subject entered the Kohl Center on 10/19/2022, bypassed posted signage and staff, and made contact with Women's Basketball coaching staff .
- 11:06 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street. Contacted person after observed lying in the Rocky Rococo parking lot and carried by a friend.
- 11:18 pm, Check Person, Lot 6. Cited and released person for camping.
- 11:19 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street. Contacted/cited person after observed kicking a garbage can into Regent Street.
- 12:12 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st.
- 1:55 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Smith Hall. Transported person to detox after house fellows found them asleep in 2nd floor hallway .
- 2:26 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lowell Center. Contacted person after dispatched to Lowell Center (610 Langdon St) regarding person causing a disturbance.
- 3:08 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Johnson Street/Park Street. Arrested/cited/released suspect for failure to obey traffic sign/signal (reason for stop), operating without a license, OWI 1st, and PAC >= .15 1st.

- 9:56 am, Disorderly Conduct, 1900 Block of L:inden Drive. Cited subject for UW Disorderly Conduct for making contact with subject on 10/19/22 at 3:30pm with a university vehicle.
- , Other, Lot 46. Arrested/transported subject to Dane County Jail for felony warrants and resisting/obstructing.
- 6:49 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported personal belongings stolen from a locker in the lower-level locker room of the Nicholas Rec Center.
- 10:28 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Lot 45. Cited subject for UAL 1st.
- 12:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Contacted person in bathroom after being found to be intoxicated and vomiting.
- 12:48 am, Check Person, Ogg Hall. Contacted person who reported being hit by an unknown male following a mutual altercation .

- 11:37 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Educational Sciences. Contacted person who experienced an allergic reaction at the Educational Sciences Building.
- 11:45 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, McKay Center Lot. Contacted staff member, who reported a school bus struck a gate in the visitor center parking lot. Bus had left scene at the time of notification.
- 12:08 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Chamberlin Hall. Contacted person who experienced an allergic reaction at the Educational Sciences Building.
- 5:20 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Elvhjem. Assisted MFD with patient who had a seizure in the building.
- 6:08 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Hospital . Outside Police Department requested Mutual Aid for evidence recovery at UW Hospital. .

- 6:51 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Nicholas Rec Center. Patient with possible seizure transported to local hospital.
- 8:00 am, Theft/Larceny, Natatorium. Contacted person in regards to theft of contents from wallet from the Natatorium job site.
- 9:18 am, Theft/Larceny, Natatorium. Contacted person in regards to theft of contents from wallet from the loading dock area of the Natatorium construction site.
- 10:44 am, Sensitive Crime, Fluno Center. Person contacted who was occupying the 2nd floor bathroom and an altercation occurred.
- 11:38 am, Theft/Larceny, Grainger Hall. Contacted staff member regarding non-staff member for theft of food from café.
- 11:41 am, Theft/Larceny, Carson Gulley Commons. Contacted UW student who reported cologne was stolen from a black Nike drawstring bag.
- 2:26 pm, Emergency Detention, University Hospital. No information at this time.
- 2:32 pm, Theft/Larceny, Ogg Hall. Contacted student who reported a purple Trek bike was stolen from the bike racks on the west side of Ogg.
- 2:39 pm, Theft/Larceny, Babcock Hall. Contacted by phone reference a stolen wallet.
- 4:53 pm, Theft/Larceny, Babcock Hall. Contacted by phone reference a stolen wallet.
- 6:00 pm, Check Person, University Hospital. Contacted person who was admitted after being brought in by MPD.
- 7:34 pm, Follow-up, Memorial Union. Checked area for source of alarm, no issues found.
