- 4:56 am, Bail Jumping, Grainger Hall. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for two counts of felony bail jumping and 4th degree sexual assault.
- 1:27 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 17. Cited suspect for owners liability- hit and run unattended vehicle.
- 4:02 pm, Theft/Larceny, Helen C White. Contacted person reporting their black wallet with a large yellow Fendi logo was stolen after they left it behind in College Library by mistake when they left around 5am.
- 5:59 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding a mental welfare check at request of friend after person experienced manic episode inside residence.
- 6:04 pm, Criminal Damage, Lake Mendota & Eagle Heights Drive. Responded to Lake Mendota Dr and Eagle Heights Dr for a report of damage to bus stop windows.
- 8:58 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were having some suicidal ideations.

- 1:04 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Buckeye Lot. Requested by City of Madison PD for K9 sniff of vehicle after foot pursuit of driver.

- 9:28 am, Information, Law Building. Information provided on a person who has exhibited nuisance type behavior to the law library and law school staff.
- 1:18 pm, Found Property, Red Gym. 1 life raft (deflated) placed into property.
- 3:33 pm, Criminal Damage, Lot 60. Contacted person in regard to damage to property.
- 4:03 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person to check door.
- 5:38 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Checked area, both doors to area are secured.
- 6:01 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Located door, propped open with metal bar, metal bar removed door secured, no one in area.
- 7:15 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after their friends requested a welfare check as they were exhibiting concerning behaviors.
- 9:14 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person who was having a panic attack and could not feel their limbs.
- 11:38 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, W Johnson & N Frances Streets. Stopped/cited suspect for failure to follow indicated turn.
- 2:01 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Assisted MPD with initial PNB response and subsequent death investigation. Decedent appears to have fallen from a second story balcony and sustained fatal trauma.

- 3:56 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Lot 26. Contacted/Arrested suspect for OWI 1st, cited for operating while suspended, OWI Charge not being pursued after further investigation which is active and on-going.
- 11:24 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person and verified they set off door alarm.
- 2:09 pm, Fire, Engineering Centers Building. Evidence of small fire extinguished in lab with unknown liquid on floor.
- 1:53 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Assisted CARES/MPD with locating actively suicidal person.
- 10:37 pm, Theft/Larceny, Helen C White Hall. Contacted person after their bicycle was stolen from H.C. White’s east bike rack.
- 1:35 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Engineering Hall. Cited/Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for closing hours and resisting arrest after they were found in the vestibule to Engineering Hall after hours.

- 11:02 am, Other, Education Building. Request for Assistance - Contact with person who lost their Apple Headphones ($500), and was tracking them to Kennedy Elementary on Meadowlark Dr.
- 11:05 am, Other, UWPD. Request for Assistance - Contacted person off campus res who expressed concerns about another person who resides off campus .
- 12:31 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person who reported hospital patient struck them in the abdomen with the back of their hand.
- 2:43 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Dispatched to check welfare of person as family has been concern for their wellbeing.
- 2:45 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person outside of local hospital Emergency Room entrance who was upset and having suicidal thoughts during the day, but was no longer suicidal.
- 4:35 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Alarm reset shortly after activation.
- 11:10 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Nicholas Recreation Center. Responded to Nicholas Rec Center after persons collided while playing soccer causing injuries to one person and was transported to a local hospital.
- 3:36 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Lot 26. No disposition, still on going at 0555.

- 10:48 am, Lost Property, UWPD. Person reported they lost their US Passport ID Card (Resident of Puerto Rico) on the Madison Bicycle Commuter path near Monroe Street at Breese Terrace between 4/1/23 at 8pm and 4/2/23 at 12p.
- 12:06 pm, Lost Property, UWPD. Contacted person who reported a student worker lost their key to the lock shop at Ogg Hall on 4/2/23 sometime between 9am and 11am.
- 2:55 pm, Graffiti, Lowell Center. Contacted person regarding graffiti found on the wall of elevator 3. Graffiti was “End gun violence” written in black permanent marker.
- 5:33 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, UW Hospital. Completed crash report for person after striking back bumper of another vehicle sometime between 8:30a-5:00pm.
- 6:41 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 46. Contacted person during a foot patrol of Lot 46. No business reason to be in the lot. Located a consumed marijuana blunt. Verbally warned for trespassing and smoking. Released without incident.
- 8:12 pm, Other, Location Redacted. Suicide Attempt - Contacted person who was a victim of an attempted suicide.
- 9:15 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Humphrey Hall. Report number created in error.

- 2:53 pm, Theft/Larceny, 333 East Campus Mall. Contacted person who reported their black/white purse stolen near 333 E Campus Mall.
- 9:06 pm, Burglary, Memorial Union. Contacted person in regards to a burglary.
- 10:00 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Assisted Dodge County Sheriff`s Office by completing a search warrant blood draw/issue a cite for patient.
- 1:48 am, Drug Violation, Lot 131. Cited person for UW Code: possession of THC and verbally warned for possession of misc. medications without proper packaging/prescription and closing hours. Cited additional person for UW Code: possession of THC and verbally warned for possession of drug paraphernalia and closing hours.

- 7:55 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted students reporting one electric scooter was stolen from the bike racks on the north side of the NIC. Other student reported damage to a carabiner style lock on their GGoTrax G4 scooter.
- 9:09 pm, Battery, Union South. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for battery.
- 11:16 pm, Graffiti, Vilas Hall. Responded to Vilas Hall for graffiti located on the exterior southeast wall.
- 12:18 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Liz Waters Residence Hall. Cited person for underage consumption of alcohol 1st.
- 1:28 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Lorch Court & Campus Drive. Stopped person for failure to obey traffic sign (wrong way on one way) and arrested/cited for OWI 2nd, PAC (.10 BAC), OWR 4th +, Failure to Obey a Traffic Sign, Posses THC, Posses of Drug Para. Released to a responsible party.
- 1:39 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person for a mental health check.
- 3:29 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Marion & Dayton Streets. Arrested/cited/released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, Fail to Yield Right of Way on Left Turn (Reason for Stop), Open Intox, and Dane County Possession of THC.

- 2:48 pm, Disorderly Conduct, location redacted. Arrested suspect for disorderly conduct with domestic enhancer after they made a comment about shooting a patient at a local hospital.
- 3:21 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bascom Hill. Contacted person via phone who reported the theft of a large orange and blue sign (10ft x 4ft) belonging to their student org, Rise Wisconsin, from the lower third of Bascom Hill between 12:30pm and 3:30pm.
- 4:12 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who admitted taking, concealing, and carrying away property (iPhone 14, $1000 value) belonging to victim. .

- 9:40 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Requested by Dane County SO for K9 track of missing person.
- 4:54 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were feeling vaguely suicidal following an incident where a friend had been treated at a local hospital.
- 1:56 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 75. Contacted person regarding another person driving a vehicle who struck brick wall at 1354 on 3.30.23.
- 3:29 pm, Other, Merit House. Contacted persons whose room window was broken on March 26th 2023 at 1:50AM.
- 4:20 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Transported person to local hospital for Mental Health Welfare Check as they were actively hearing voices from Jefferson County Sheriffs.
- 8:29 pm, Theft/Larceny, Sellery Hall. Contacted person who reported some of their clothes were stolen from the basement laundry room between 13:15 and 20:15.
- 9:57 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, E. Johnson & N Butler Streets. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st and misdemeanor bail jumping x2.
- 11:55 pm, Other, Langdon Street. Liquor Law False ID - Contacted person after they were seen laying on the ground being helped up by friends.
- 12:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent & Jefferson Streets. Cited person for UAL 1st and verbally warned for poss of fake ID after I saw them vomiting.
- 2:24 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted Physician at local hospital for duty to inform after harmful statements were made from patient who is currently in the emergency room for voluntary mental health treatment due to suicidal/homicidal ideations.

- 3:22 pm, Disorderly Conduct, Location Redacted. CASE UPDATE FROM 03/29 BRIEFING – Cited person for UW Code Disorderly Conduct.
- 7:25 am, Disorderly Conduct, Location Redacted. Arrested/transported/released to Dane County Jail suspect for Disorderly Conduct, resisting, and threats to Law Enforcement.
- 8:59 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local hospital. Local hospital recovered bullet from patient.
- 9:34 am, Assault, Location Redacted. Person reported that several people had come and gone from location, but that no problems or foul play were observed.
- 11:30 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Person reported they entered room without scanning retina, and the door opened.
- 1:02 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted staff stating they were working on fans in the vestibule creating negative pressure to where the door wouldn`t close.
- 3:51 pm, Damage to Property, Tripp Hall. Contacted person after they reported they broke the window in the second floor restroom of Frankenburger House.
- 12:00 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street Liquor. Contacted persons who purchased alcohol from the Regent St Liquor and later entered Smith Hall.
