- 5:07 pm, Theft/Larceny, Computer Science. Contacted person after they reported their E-scooter phone holder attached to scooter stolen from bike racks on south side of Computer Science.

All Verbally Warned for Possess Open Container on City Street, one Verbally Warned for Obstructing Officer (County) after initially providing a false date of birth.

- 8:11 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Henry Mall. Therapy Dog Deployment – Assisted outside agency.
- 8:58 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they called for an ambulance needing medical treatment, MFR transported to local hospital.
- 10:12 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
- 10:29 am, Damage to Property, Lot 75. Contacted person after they reported someone had damaged their windshield on the fifth floor of the lot. Person was able to provide suspect vehicle information, investigation ongoing.

- 4:49 am, Fire, Gordon Commons. Fire in B155 of Gordon Commons, drying machines caught fire. Building cleared of occupancy as MFD arrived on scene, MFD/sprinkler system put out fire.
- 8:14 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted outside agency with a cell phone examination.
- 11:37 am, Graffiti, Nancy Nicholas Hall. Contacted person by phone as they reported stickers in around 7 bathrooms advertising fake ID sales.
- 11:47 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted outside agency with a laptop and cell phone examination.
- 9:10 pm, Damage to Property, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported a window in the north west stairwell was broken.
- 10:42 pm, Other, Lot 76. Request For Assistance - Contacted person regarding a vehicle “piggy backing" out of lot 76 on three separate occasions, failing to pay for parking, follow up with registered owner will occur.
- 11:18 pm, Drug Violation, Park & Dayton Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped person for speeding 41/25, Verbally Warned for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, properly disposed of at UWPD.

- 10:29 am, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding threatening emails being received over the weekend.
- 11:37 am, Theft/Larceny, Law Building. Contacted person reporting they left a large blue bag filled with many boxed meals and eating utensils that were taken.
- 1:19 pm, Bail Jumping, Lot 46. Contacted/Cited person for Misd. Bail jumping for being in the UW Madison Campus Ban area after being found passed out in Lot 46 fifth floor elevator vestibule, MFR transported to local hospital for medical treatment, citations delivered at local hospital.
- 1:55 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted outside agency with the examination of 3 cell phones, 3 SD cards, 1 computer, and 1 SIM card.
- 5:59 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported their locked electric scooter was stolen from the west side bike racks of the Nicholas Rec Center.
- 6:57 pm, Theft/Larceny, Mechanical Engineering. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for misdemeanor theft after a witness report seeing them steal a black HP Dell laptop from a room within the building.
- 8:35 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Person turned in a wallet that was located on University Ave, wallet placed into property for safekeeping.
- 8:41 pm, Theft/Larceny, Witte Hall. Contacted person who reported their bicycle stolen from Witte Hall.
- 10:50 pm, Other, Observatory & Babcock Drive. Stopped/Verbally Warned person for operating without required lamps during hours of darkness and ID card violation.

- 3:28 pm, Battery, Local Hospital. Contacted local hospital staff after they were assaulted by patient. Contact made with patient who was then Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail for battery to medical worker.
- 7:54 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. UWPD received a mutual aid request from an outside agency to assist at a local hospital.

- 11:14 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding another person using their credit cards without their consent, investigation ongoing.
- 12:00 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Responded to an injured person, MFR did not transport patient, no police assistance needed.
- 1:52 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person regarding theft of items stolen from the Memorial Union.
- 5:15 pm, Other, Johnson Street & Marion Ct. Incomplete information provided at time of briefing release – need to verify prior to releasing.
- 10:16 pm, Warrant Served, Chadbourne Hall. Contacted persons after they matched the description of individuals checking on bicycles on the east side of Chandbourne Hall. One person was taken into custody after they had an active warrant for their arrest, transported to Dane County Jail without incident, the other was released without incident.
- 1:14 am, Operating While Intoxicated, University & Randall Ave. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver after noticing they were driving what appeared to be a freshly damaged vehicle. Cited for OWI 1 and PAC 1.
- 2:43 am, Warrant Served, Johnson Street & Marion Ct. Stopped/Contacted/Verbally Warned/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for operating after revocation and had an active warrant for failure to support.

- 6:31 am, Check Person, Lot 29. Contacted/Cited person for trespass - remain after notice after they were found sleeping in the stairwell, left without incident.
- 7:10 am, Check Person, Lot 83. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail person after being medically cleared for trespassing on university land, probation violation warrant.
- 3:19 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Contacted person at local hospital for outside agency warrant to obtain legal blood draw.
- 7:58 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person after they reported theft of their iPad from Lakeview Lounge. iPad tracked to local hospital and found with person there and iPad was recovered.
- 10:53 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Persons called for assistance with another person who was ill due to intoxicated from alcohol, UAL citation to be delivered at a later date.
- 11:24 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 83. Contacted person after they observed a person jump over the entrance gate arm of lot 83 and bending it.
- 11:26 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 46. Contacted person regarding hitting the Lot 46 exit gate to Frances St, citation issued.
- 11:43 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 12:39 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Local Hospital. Contacted person after they refused medical care and local hospital security needed assistance escorting person off property.

- 7:39 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 46. Contacted by person after another department located someone sleeping in the middle stairwell on the 5th floor of the ramp. Cited person for Trespass - Remain after notice, person left without issue.
- 2:26 pm, Theft/Larceny, Van Vleck Hall. Person reported their air pods stolen.
- 5:53 pm, Other, Location Redacted. Made phone contact with person regarding sensitive crime with minor.
- 11:22 pm, Check Person, Residence Hall. Contacted person after they were found unconscious in the stairwell between the 4th and 5th floor.
- 12:32 am, Damage to Property, Nicholas Recreation Center. Physical Plant contacted for a banner holder that was pulled off of a lamp post on ECM at the NW corner of the Nicholas Recreation Center.

- 8:40 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported they were being defrauded over photos on Instagram.
- 9:39 am, Other, Lot 20. Contacted by telephone person who was reporting a driver was shouting threats at them, who they had a prior interaction with on a previous date when vehicle was towed. Investigation ongoing.
- 10:19 am, Other, Education Building. Request For Assistance - Contacted person after receiving a card in the mail for the second time in a year that seemed potentially suspicious, no crime just documented at this time.
- 1:33 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person reporting that their shoes were stolen from the pool locker room at Nicholas Recreation Center.
- 2:05 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 7. Contacted person reporting their vehicle was damaged in Lot 7.
- 3:06 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Person reporting their scooter has been stolen.
- 4:48 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Person found and turned in gold chain & charm inside UWPD garage, unable to locate owner, entered into evidence for safekeeping.

- 9:35 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Contacted person after locating them sleeping on the ground in the northwest stairwell. Cited them for trespass to land - remain after notice, left area without issue.
- 11:05 am, Graffiti, Memorial Union. Found graffiti sticker and removed it from the wall, no damage left.
- 11:13 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted outside agency with a cell phone examination.
- 11:16 am, Found Property, Kohl Center. Contacted person with a bike that was found on the west entrance to Labahn Arena on 10/3 or 10/4, bike secured in property storage.
