Intoxicated individual was unconscious upon arrival and not dressed for the weather. Unable to complete full detox when they regained consciousness, was not making sense and stated they had a little to drink. Individual was incapacitated due to alcohol. - 12:38 am, Operating While Intoxicated, State Street. Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for Operating While Impaired (2nd) after they were observed by a Bicycle Unit Police Officer placing a bowie knife to the neck of their vehicle passenger.

- 5:52 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person regarding a vehicle striking their vehicle while parked in Lot 75. Suspect vehicle information known, additional follow up with registered owner of vehicle that hit other vehicle in Lot 75.

- 12:38 pm, Damage to Property, Community Center. Person reported damage to the fencing around the northwest side of the building.

- 8:52 pm, Other, UWPD. Contacted by outside agency regarding an investigation into a threat, investigation ongoing at this time.

Contacted persons in vehicle, known with extensive drug history including current open/current cases, requested outside agency K9 for sniff with negative alerts, verbally warned for closing hours and instructed to get a valid driver to pick up vehicle.

- 1:02 pm, Graffiti, Nicholas Recreation Center & East Campus Mall. Person reported multiple posters and stickers on East Campus Mall near Nicholas Recreation Center along with graffiti on the east wall of the pedestrian path.

- 11:27 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Ave. Assisted outside agency regarding a perimeter at a local church with suspect prior to outside agency’s arrival, UWPD made entry into the building, outside agency arrested suspect without issue.
- 8:01 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Humanities Building. Contacted/Cited/Escorted out of Humanities person with current UW ban for Trespass-Remain after Notice after being found asleep on third floor lounge during building lock-up.
- 11:00 pm, Other, University Ave & Charter Street. Traffic Stop – Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Passing Stopped Emergency or Roadside Service Vehicles (failure to move over or slow down), and Display Unauthorized Vehicle Registration Plate. Driver also cited for Operating While Revoked 3rd (criminal) and IID Tampering/Fail to Install/Violate Court Order. Drivers’ vehicle legally parked while they waited for valid driver to transport home.
- 12:01 am, Other, Johnson St. & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop – Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Exceeding Posted Limit and Possession of THC (County) after observing them speeding while simultaneously smoking a marijuana joint. One marijuana joint and THC dab pen seized/destroyed at UWPD.
