11:10 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted/Transported to detox person after they were found on the northwest corner of residence hall screaming, while trying to enter the building.

2:57 am, Operating While Intoxicated, University Ave & Henry Mall. Contacted/Arrested/Released to responsible party suspect for OWI 1st and cited for speeding & PAC 1st.

7:23 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 94. Contacted person operating a vehicle after they backed a UW Garbage truck into a parked car in Lot 94.
8:17 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Memorial Union. Contacted person in Memorial Union after being contacted by staff as they were the suspect that entered private offices earlier in the week.
12:57 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, University Club. Contacted person again at University Club for trespassing, left without incident.
12:27 pm, Fraud, Waisman Center. Contacted person after they found a transaction for $119.88 on their UW Purchase credit card that they did not initiate.
2:22 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Grainger Hall. Contacted person after they struck the overhead loading dock door while driving State Owned vehicle at approx 1pm.
10:47 am, Found Property, UWPD. Unable to locate person after their property was turned into UWPD.
5:24 pm, Theft/Larceny, Chadbourne Hall. Contacted person in reference stolen bike seat from bike secured to bike racks on south side of Chadbourne Hall.
7:13 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 46 - 301 N Lake Street. Transportation Services reported a vehicle drove through the gate arm, damaging it. Transportation Services will follow up to provide damage value.

10:25 am, Criminal Damage, 425 Henry Mall. Contacted person who reported a person of interest entered the Biotech Center at 8:39am from Lot 20, and caused damage around the building.
10:47 am, Found Property, UWPD. No notes at this time.
12:50 pm, Theft/Larceny, 1300 Linden Drive. Contacted person who reported apple air pods stolen from case while they charged.
1:17 pm, Domestic, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were involved with a possible domestic situation in local hospital parking lot by hospital security.
1:50 pm, Other, Grady Tract Lot. Found deceased animal and transported to Vet Med for proper disposal.

3:01 pm, Check Person, Law Building. Contacted person regarding concerning behavior of other person to do a check person on their behaviors .
3:06 pm, Theft/Larceny, Microbial Sciences Building. Contacted person who reporting their Apple Airpods Pro in a purple case were stolen after they mistakenly left them behind in room 1220 following a lecture.
3:36 pm, Information, 800 Langdon Street. Person reported that a male threatened them.

2:58 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Chadbourne Hall. Cited persons for UAL 1st after observing two individuals carrying them through the lobby of Chadbourne.
3:40 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Cited person for UAL after they were was observed by housefellows being carried into their room.
3:56 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st after they were observed with staggered walking and slurred speech on the 3rd floor of Witte while police were there for another response.

11:59 pm, Resisting Arrest, N. Park & W. Dayton Streets. Arrested/cited suspect for for resisting and battery to Law Enforcement Officer.
11:27 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, N. Park Street & University Ave. Assisted City of Madison PD with K9 Sniff of vehicle on traffic stop. Positive K9 alert.
1:25 am, Resisting Arrest, W. Johnson Street & East Campus Mall. Arrested suspect/MPD handling battery investigation and booked into Dane County Jail after they were observed kneeling over a JBM security officer in the middle of the road punching person in the head.

12:24 pm, Theft/Larceny, Adams Hall. Contacted person who reported their bike stolen from the south entrance bike racks in front of Adams.
1:01 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Linden and Charter Streets. Assisted MPD-EMS with individual whose arm was injured after falling on snow-covered sidewalk.
1:00 pm, Information, Science Hall. Science Hall Building manger reported two sets of Transgender 3”x4” flag stickers were defaced with blk pen writing “No more capitalist degeneracy” “Crush cultural capitalists” and “Death to capitalists”.

7:12 pm, Information, Engineering Hall. Assisted Security at Engineering Hall in the Badger Market regarding a burst water pipe resulting in major flooding.
8:26 pm, Theft/Larceny, Red Gym. Contacted person regarding a painting that was stolen from the Multicultural Student Center at the Red Gym.

12:25 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Nielsen Tennis. Responded to Nielsen stadium for an individual injured while playing Tennis.
1:03 pm, Theft/Larceny, West Dayton Street. Person reported their black e-bike was stolen between 9pm on 2/14/23 and 1pm on 2/15/23.
1:49 pm, Information, MCBurney Resource Center. Reviewed EO54 submission from person and determined to be documented with a report, but no need for additional follow-up.
2:01 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Grainger Hall. Cited suspect for UW trespassing in Grainger Hall (remain after notice) after being contacted by staff and ban notice.
5:35 pm, Found Property, AOSS. Iphone (possible 5c version) found outside.
6:35 pm, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted person who stated their roommate has been visiting a website called watchpeopledie.com frequently in the past week, no threats to harm oneself or others.
9:38 pm, Information, Helen C White Library. Contacted person who called regarding a person of interest making derogatory statements about women and anti-Islamic comments.

9:43 am, Information, 1210 W Dayton Street. Contacted person after they reached out to UWPD because custodial staff found their office unlocked.
9:56 am, Information, McBurney Resource Center. Received EO54 from admissions. Applicant disclosed possible sexual assault that occurred with a classmate.
6:58 pm, Check Person, Location Redacted. Arrested/Transported and released to Dane County Jail suspect for felony bail jumping x2, resisting and disorderly conduct after they were yelling profanities/threatening/and gesturing to fight a patient at a local hospital and security staff.
8:30 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Kohl Center. Contacted person behind the visiting bench during the Michigan MBB game after they almost passed out 2x in in their seat.

10:30 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported their backpack stolen from the hoofers area.
11:12 pm, Other, Bassett & Johnson Streets. Weapons Violation - Contacted/Cited arrested/released to Dane County Jail suspect for improper left turn. Arrested for OWI 2nd, PAC 2nd, carrying a concealed firearm, carrying firearm while intoxicated. Seized weapon with loaded magazine and stored in UWPD property at this time.
12:40 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, UWPD. Contacted person at Randall Ave at Regent St after coming in to UWPD lobby and making statements of having mood swings and needing help.
