- 11:31 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after observing them laying on the ground in front of Residence Hall.
- 12:55 am, Other, N. Park & W. Johnson Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/cited person for violating red traffic light, and IID restriction violation.
- 1:24 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, S. Park Street. Assisted MPD with a drone deployment.

- 7:20 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, S. Park Street. Assisted City of Madison PD with K9 sniff of vehicle on traffic stop. Positive K9 alert.
- 11:41 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, N. Lake St. & University Ave. Stopped person for failure to obey red light & reckless driving.

- 4:41 am, Other, Campus & Farley St. Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Released person for Operator Violate Solid Red Traffic Control Signal and Operator Violate Flashing Red Traffic Signal. Also verbally warned for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed.

- 8:48 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Hogan Rd & State Hwy 19. Requested by Waunakee PD for K9 sniff of vehicle on t-stop.
- 10:21 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFD responded for person experiencing medical emergency.
- 2:48 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lowell Hall. Contacted person who reported their red/black Giant TCRC2 was stolen from the Lowell Center bike racks on the south side of building sometime between 930am on 8/18/24 and 1030am on 8/19/24.
- 8:08 pm, Warrant Served, Langdon St. & Wisconsin Ave. Contacted person who matched the description of a bike theft suspect with active Probably Cause warrant. Person was not suspect but yielded an active arrant through Department of Corrections and transported to Dane County Jail without incident.
- 2:25 am, Warrant Served, Teachers Education Building. Contacted person for sleeping on property, arrested and released due to active warrant.

- 10:06 am, Other, LRAS. Flag Change - Change of flag due to change in lake conditions.
- 2:31 pm, Information, East Campus Mall. Contacted person after they reported receiving odd texts from form employee requesting specific contact information for doctors specializing in their medical condition.
- 4:10 pm, Graffiti, Chazen Museum. Graffiti reported by Chazen security in the Chazen loading dock, suspect left the area prior to UWPD arrival.
- 6:13 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Assisted MPD with drone deployment for a missing child.
- 6:28 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person at the intersection of Highland Av and Marsh Dr experiencing mental health crisis.
- 11:29 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted Iowa County Sheriff's Office with retrieving a statement and blood draw from patient due to a vehicle accident in Iowa County.
- 1:27 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Library Mall. Transported person to detox after finding them laying on the floor, twitching their arms, and foaming at the mouth.

- 12:48 am, Eluding, S. Park St. & Braxton Pl. Attempted to stop a green motorcycle with two passengers for Improper Display of Registration (No Plates), cycle did not stop and fled the area at a high rate of speed.
- 12:55 am, Other, N. Frances & W. Johnson Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited/Released person for OWL (Operating Without License).
- 2:31 am, Check Person, Kohl Center. Arrested/Cited/Released person for criminal damage to property after being observed walking up to vehicles and hitting them on the hood with a traffic cone, causing damage to both vehicles.
- 4:19 am, Other, W. Dayton & N. Broom Streets. Traffic Stop - Cited person for OWL (Operating Without License) because of expiration. Initially stopped for expired registration. Verbally warned for possession of Marijuana.

- 11:07 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Lake St. & University Ave. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party for OWI (2nd), Possess open intox and Red light violation.
- 1:52 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Contacted person after they were refusing to leave after discharge.

- 11:50 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transporting patient to local hospital experiencing medical emergency.
- 12:00 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person who confirmed staff had inadvertently set off door alarm.
- 5:17 pm, Harassment, Location Redacted. Person called to file report on another person being loud, inappropriate and disruptive behavior.
- 10:22 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Shorewood Blvd. Contacted SHPD after their squad car damaged itself enroute to back up Capitol Police.
- 2:19 am, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Randall Ave. & Dayton St. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, Operator violate red light and Exceeding speed zones.

- 12:12 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 75. UPDATE: Additional video review, collaboration with Wisconsin Department of Corrections (Sex Offender Registry), and Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, assisted in identifying the suspect.
- 1:42 am, Operating While Intoxicated, McKay Center Lot. UPDATE: Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI 1st and felony bail jumping.
- 4:33 pm, Information, Bascom Hall. Caller reporting a person was coming to offices asking for staff then walking away if staff member present. Subject refused to speak with staff after asking for them and just walked away.
- 4:44 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Midvale Blvd. Assisted MPD with a drone deployment regarding a missing & endangered person .
- 5:55 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Request For Assistance - Report number pulled in error.
- 7:16 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 141. Person reported a theft of two credit cards and money from vehicle.
- 12:32 am, Other, Dayton & Brooks Streets. Traffic Stop - Cited person for OWL due to plate expiration, verbally warned for improper left turn and possession of marijuana.
- 12:35 am, Theft/Larceny, East Campus Mall & State Street. Contacted person who was found unconscious by UWPD Security near the Chazen.

- 6:07 am, Disorderly Conduct, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Disorderly Conduct 947.01(1) while receiving care at a local hospital.
- 7:50 am, Damage to Property, Lot 83. Contacted person who reported two puncture holes, apparently from a knife, in front left tire sidewall.
- 12:21 pm, Other, Pyle Center. Suspicious Package - Contacted person in their office at the Pyle Center after receiving a "voodoo doll" in the mail with no other information.
- 12:35 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported theft of bicycle from bike racks on south side of building along Park St between 930a-1235p.
- 12:54 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported their Gray Trek Hybrid bike stolen from the Landon St bike rack near next to the bus stop at N Park St. Meyer thought he locked his bike around 09:30.
- 4:55 pm, Other, Lot 5. 911 Disconnect - Contacted person who reported they pulled out of Lot 5 on to south bound N Park St and person approached their vehicle shouting profanities.
- 9:14 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Mineral Point & Westfield. Drone Deployment - Assisted MPD with a drone deployment regarding a crash w/injuries & fleeing occupants.
- 1:42 am, Operating While Intoxicated, McKay Lot. No disposition at time of briefing release.
