- 1:17 am, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding someone taking their backpack with their laptop from their residence hall room. After further investigation stolen items recovered and returned to owner.

- 10:00 am, Theft/Larceny, Vilas Hall. Person left their lavender spiral notebook in the unlocked student lounge overnight. Went back to retrieve and item was gone.
- 2:39 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person after they reported their red Specialized bicycle ($300), helmet ($5), bike lock ($15), and headlight ($20) were stolen from Memorial Union bike rack on the east side of the Union.
- 3:18 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 75. Person reported that their vehicle was damaged while parked on the 5th level of lot 75.
- 9:31 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Contacted person to inform them their wallet had been turned in by custodial staff.
- 11:55 pm, Fire, Lot 46. Contacted persons after they triggered a fire alarm by smoking marijuana cigarettes in an enclosed vestibule.
- 12:43 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Belleville, WI. Cancelled by Belleville PD, no need for further assistance.
- 1:27 am, Eluding, W. Johnson St. & Wisconsin Ave. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after attempting to stop vehicle for driving wrong way on W Johnson St when the vehicle fled wrong way outbound Johnson, almost striking an MPD squad. Driver of vehicle arrested for fleeing/eluding, possession of cocaine, resisting/obstructing, misdemeanor bail jumping. Also cited for OWI 2nd, Criminal OAR, Fail to install IID, Reckless driving, failure to obey traffic sign, unreasonable imprudent speed.

- 6:44 am, Graffiti, Memorial Library. Two signs on Memorial Library were located covered in stickers and indecipherable graffiti.
- 2:04 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 63. Contacted Transportation Services that reported a vehicle drove into the gate arm at Lot 63 in an attempt to get the gate to open.
- 3:56 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person after they were scammed through a group text chat for incoming Delta Upsilon members, trying to buy football tickets.
- 3:59 pm, Other, Speedway & Regent St. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited/Released person for speeding. Due to marijuana odor emanating from vehicle, vehicle was searched, found and confiscated marijuana. Verbally warned for possession.
- 12:35 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Memorial Library. Contacted/Cited/Released person for Madison Municipal 38.031 (UNDERAGE DRINKING-POSSESS-17-20) after observing them walking with and conspicuously abandoning a 30 rack of Natural Light Beer.

- 12:24 pm, Theft/Larceny, Engineering Hall. Contacted person who said their blue and red 2016 Giant Talon 29er mountain bike with front fork suspension was stolen from the bike rack directly next to the north entrance to Engineering Hall.
