- 2:37 pm, Warrant Served, University Houses. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect on a Dane County Warrant for Failure to Appear after they were contacted outside local hospital emergency room for not wanting to leave after being discharged.

- 8:05 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person and determined no Protective Custody warranted.
- 8:15 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Kohl Center. Contacted person at the Kohl Center after they were brought to the first aid station by MFR.

- 11:13 am, Other, Northport & Troy Drive. Traffic Stop - Stopped person for operating with no posted registration.
- 11:27 am, Disorderly Conduct, Location Redacted. Met with residences regarding another resident and concerns for their safety.
- 4:23 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person reporting their laundry was stolen from the Residence Hall laundry room.
- 5:23 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Kohl Center. MFR transported patient to local hospital after injury on the Kellner Concourse.

- 10:35 am, Information, Lot 67. Contacted Transportation Services Officer who wanted to report to UWPD that a person pushed them that they were in contact with when writing a parking ticket.
- 4:02 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Observatory Drive & N. Charter Street. Contacted person who crashed their vehicle into another vehicle which was unoccupied on Observatory Dr near Waters Res Hall.
- 7:13 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Emergency Room Assist - Contacted person who was discharged from the ER and refusing to leave. Person released on their own after review of active warrant out of state not being pursued.
- 8:28 pm, Fire, Residence Hall. Fire Investigation - Contacted persons after a fire was reported to have occurred in their room.
- 9:43 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 12:22 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person from UW Counseling reporting another was experiencing a mental health crisis and requested UWPD assistance.
- 1:52 am, Damage to Property, Babcock Hall. Contacted person for a report of property damage. Damage discovered to the ceiling outside of room A102.

- 9:48 am, Graffiti, Memorial Union. Graffiti reported in men's bathroom 1218 at the Memorial Union.
- 10:49 am, Criminal Damage, Sellery Hall. Person reported a wall thermostat on the 5th floor, Room 506 of Sellery Hall was damaged.
- 11:08 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transporting to local hospital.
- 11:50 am, Drug Violation, Memorial Union. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for possession of methamphetamine (2 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia (scale) and cited for possession of dangerous weapon for possessing facsimile firearm on University property.
- 3:32 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted Rockford IL PD reference a shooting which occurred in their jurisdiction.
- 9:48 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Vilas Hall. Contacted/verbal warning persons for trespass after they went into Lot 7.
- 12:54 am, Drug Violation, Weeks Hall. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, after they were witnessed by Weeks Hall Staff taking copper wire from the construction dumpsters outside of the building.

- 5:54 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Transported by MFR person for UAL 1st after they were found by residence hall unconscious in the first floor elevator lobby.
- 7:18 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Grainger Hall. Person Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail after they were found smoking a cigarette in the stairwell to Grainger after being dispatched to a fire alarm. Person discharged a fire extinguisher into a radiator/heating unit despite there being no fire. Person was arrested for criminal damage & trespass/remain after notice.
- 9:41 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Local Hospital. Verbally warned person for resisting after they became upset that they were being discharged from the hospital and believed they needed additional mental health assistance.
- 6:54 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Wallet belonging to person was located on State St. and brought to UWPD.
- 7:08 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Wallet found and turned into UWPD.
- 9:48 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Regent & Park Streets. Assist MPD with situation which closed traffic and ended peacefully.
- 11:53 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, UWPD. Spoke with person experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 3:02 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st after they were found passed out in the 1st Floor Bathroom of Residence Hall.

- 11:28 am, Theft/Larceny, Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. Spoke with person who contacted UWPD and advised person had been in the building earlier and took 2 box lunches ($15/each) that they did not pay for and left the building on foot.
- 4:00 pm, Damage to Property, DeJope Residence Hall. Called Building Services Supervisor who estimated damage to window occurred between 12 am and 3:00 am on 03/02/2024.
- 4:56 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported person experiencing medical emergency.
- 7:17 pm, Other, Residence Hall. UW Code Violation - Cited person for Tampering/Bypassing Security Device.
- 8:18 pm, Theft/Larceny, HC White. Contacted person reporting the front rim and tire of his bike was stolen from his Black Giant brand bike between 3:30pm and 8:00pm.
- 9:07 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Residence Hall. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for trespass after notice, after returning to lobby area following prior contact same day.
- 9:42 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st and VW for Possession of Fake ID.
- 11:33 pm, Damage to Property, DeJope Residence Hall. Contacted Residence Hall House Fellows after they reported finding one of the three mirrors in the third-floor restroom (Room #3246) where all of the glass had been removed from the mirror, leaving debris and blood on the floor.

- 1:49 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Conveyed by MFR person for UAL 1st after being found in an unstable condition.
- 2:01 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Residence Hall. Transported person to local hospital (Detox closed) after house fellows found them stumbling in the hallways and knocking at doors in Residence Hall.

- 8:25 pm, Extortion, Residence Hall. Contacted person after reporting they were being blackmailed by an unknown individual on Instagram after sending them lewd photos of oneself.
- 10:36 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 83. Contacted Transportation Services in regards to a vehicle damaging the exit gate.
- 12:32 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st and VW for Fake ID.
- 1:26 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Lot 46. Cited person for UAL and verbally warned for depositing human waste after seeing them.
- 1:51 am, Drug Violation, Regent & N. Charter Streets. Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Possession with Intent (THC) >200g (Felony), and Resisting/Obstructing an officer (Misd.).
- 1:58 am, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Park St. & Farhenbrook Ct. Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, and operating without required lamp lighted after hours of darkness (reason for stop), while operating vehicle.

- 8:43 am, Other, Local Hospital. Request for Assistance - Contacted person who was wanting to report being a victim of a sexual assault that occurred over the weekend in the downtown area of Milwaukee.
- 9:15 am, Damage to Property, Lot 51. Contacted by telephone person who reported someone struck their vehicle in Lot 51 and left the scene.
- 9:21 am, Theft/Larceny, Union South. Cited person for UW theft <$100 and trespass remain after notice.
- 11:44 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Chemistry Building. MFR advised to check and advise.
- 2:04 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Request from MPD reference a Battery/Weapons Violation from 2/27/24 to review UW milestone cameras.
- 2:28 pm, Disorderly Conduct, Carson Gulley. Person reported vehicle clipped his jacket while he was crossing Observatory near Soils.
- 2:38 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported their Apple Air Pod Pro case, valued at $70 was left behind at the Nicholas Recreation Center.
- 5:27 pm, Burglary, Engineering Hall. Contacted person for reported burglary in Fresh Market after eating food they did not pay for.
- 7:36 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Contacted/Interviewed on behalf of Milwaukee PD person reporting they were sexually assaulted by two different persons in two different places in the City of Milwaukee.
- 10:54 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, W. Johnson & N. Broom Streets. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI(1st), Impeding traffic by slow speed and stopping/standing between zone/curb.
- 11:08 pm, Criminal Damage, Lot 80. Contacted by Trans Services reference a vehicle striking lower exit gate arm, bypassing gate.
- 12:31 am, Damage to Property, Safety Building. Fully burnt trashcan located in room 150A. Smoke in the air but no active fire upon arrival. Damage relegated to the trashcan and surrounding area. Sprinkler system engaged but disabled by MFD.
- 1:23 am, Disorderly Conduct, Residence Hall. Cited person for UW Disorderly Conduct and Underage Consumption of Alcohol 1st after other persons reported the other person in question threw a shoe at their door, was being verbally aggressive, and banging on their door.

- 3:09 pm, Damage to Property, Witte Hall. Contacted person who is seen on camera (2/24/24 at 2:49am) throwing a football in the Witte Hall basement and breaking a LG flat screen TV ($400).
- 9:08 pm, Sensitive Crime, Location Redacted. Penn State University Police relayed person reported another person was reporting a sensitive crime that potentially occurred while visiting UW Madison. Investigation ongoing.
