- 5:51 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Walnut St. & Observatory Dr. Contacted person after they fell off their bike.
- 2:01 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Witte Hall. MFR transported patient to local hospital with injury sustained at some point while they were intoxicated.

Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for OWI1st, PAC 1st, operate while armed with firearm while intoxicated (misdemeanor), and operation without required lamps lighted during hours of darkness. Verbally warned for speed and open intoxicants in vehicle.
- 9:53 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Transported person to local hospital for mental health evaluation.
- 10:45 am, Check Person, Lot 29. Caller reports an individual that appears to be camped out in the east stairwell on the street level.
- 11:40 am, Graffiti, Willow Beach. While talking with person they informed me of new graffiti found on the 'No Swimming' sign located at Willow Beach. "BeWK" in gray marker.

- 2:18 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 18. Left voicemail for Double Tree Manager, regarding sign that was struck by shuttle driver earlier in day to gather license plate and driver information.
- 2:22 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Memorial Union. Cited person for trespassing in Shannon Hall inside Memorial Union after they refused to leave after staff asked them to leave.
- 7:52 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Airpods Pro turned in by a person who found them on a Coach Bus while traveling to Madison from Chicago.

- 11:54 pm, Check Person, W. Johnson & N. Broom Streets. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st after observing them laying on the sidewalk in their vomit and unable to stand on their own.

- 12:26 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person for making suicidal statements to WI Lifeline Crisis.

- 9:07 am, Disorderly Conduct, Sellery Hall. Cited person for UW Disorderly Conduct, after they followed another person into Sellery Hall, through two card access doors, and down a staircase.
- 9:07 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, W. Dayton & N. Brooks Streets. Flagged down by person who stated they were having a medical emergency and needed to go to a hospital.
- 10:08 am, Found Property, Van Hise Hall. Submitted found wallet with contents into UWPD property room for safekeeping.
- 10:40 am, Damage to Property, Eagle Heights. Contacted person who reported their vehicle was damaged sometime between 10/18/23 20:00 and 10/19/23 09:00 while parked in Lot 40.
- 12:07 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Request For Assistance - Contacted by telephone person who reported what they felt were violations of several medical policies by staff during procedures.

- 1:10 am, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Randall Ave. & Engineering Drive. Arrested/cited/released suspect for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, and failure to display registration plates.

- 9:13 am, Information, Local Hospital. Spoke with person who had reports of being harassed/stalked by numerous individuals most of whom they did not know.
- 9:33 am, Theft/Larceny, Grainger Hall. Contacted person who reported their Apple iPad Air stolen from Grainger Hall after they left it on a table.
- 10:34 am, Other, Memorial Library. Obstruction/Resisting - Arrested/Cited/Released suspect for UW Code resisting after they refused to leave library when a ban letter was issued for Memorial Union.
- 12:40 pm, Fraud, University Club. Spoke with staff member who turned over counterfeit money that was recovered from an unknown till from the University Club.

- 1:36 pm, Other, Lot 75. Request for Assistance - Transportation Services called regarding vehicle that had hit the gate arm exiting Lot 75.
- 4:51 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Pair of Air Pod Pro headphones found outside of Red Rock and brought to UWPD.
- 6:21 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Ave & University Bay Drive. Contacted person during mental health crisis.
- 11:36 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, N. Bassett & W. Johnson Streets. Contacted person after another person waved UWPD down to state someone had a knife. MPD took control of scene, no further action needed.

- 11:50 pm, Information, Eagle Heights. Contacted person regarding an unknown person entering their apartment.
- 1:30 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, N. Randall & Spring Streets. Contacted person found laying on the ground covered in vomit outside the KwikTrip.

- 1:27 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person who reported their Macbook Pro stolen from the Memorial Union after being left on a table.
- 1:44 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person via telephone for mental health welfare check after displaying paranoid and boisterous behavior towards staff at their work place.

- 7:51 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street Liquor. Cited person for UAL 1st and Verbally Warned for fake ID.
- 8:15 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent St Liqour. Contacted persons after observing them enter Regent Street Liquor, make purchase and exit. Persons cited for City Ordinance UAL 1st.
- 11:24 pm, Transport, Smith Hall. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st, MFR transported to local hospital.
- 12:20 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Sullivan Hall. MFR transported person after alcohol consumption on Langdon St after being found unconscious.
- 1:01 am, Other, Sullivan Hall. Responded to Sellery Hall for 10 students trapped in elevator 1 for approximately 20 minutes. Therapy K9 Charlie deployed to comfort scared students.
- 1:31 am, Disorderly Conduct, University Ave. Detained person who caused a disturbance at KwikTrip. Person is banned from location but entered and was asking customers for money.

- 10:38 am, Graffiti, Lot 46. Responded to level 5 elevator lobby of Lot 46 for reported graffiti.
- 12:13 pm, Threat Assessment, Bascom Hall. Contacted person in Office of Legal Affairs regarding acts of potential acts of violence.
- 8:52 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person after their vehicle was struck by another vehicle while unoccupied and legally parked on 2nd level of Lot 75.
- 9:29 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD - Monroe Street. Contacted person who brought in a stolen bike that was sold to them over Facebook Marketplace and MPD detectives told him to bring into MPD.
- 9:59 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Park & W. Dayton Streets. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for failure to obey sign (wrong way on one way), UAL, and possession of Fake ID and absolute sobriety.
- 11:22 pm, Warrant Served, Witte Hall. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jal suspect reference 2 misdemeanor warrants out of Dane County.
- 1:00 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Witte Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st after housefellows found them vomiting in the bathroom.
