Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Parole Violation, Resisting/Obstructing, Possession of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct after they attempted to walk away from officers while detained, then laid on ground mute requiring EMS transport to a local hospital.
  • 8:15 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted FBI with case.
  • 8:16 am, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Person reported black/silver Bontrager icon comp front bicycle light and attachment stolen.
  • 10:04 am, Damage to Property, Parking Lot G. Contacted by telephone person who reported eggs being thrown at their apartment on/around 7/15/24.
  • 1:10 pm, Other, Humanities Building. Lewd & Lascivious Behavior - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after complainant alleged that person urinated on a protest sign on the corner of N. Park St and University Ave. Person arrested for 944.20(1)(a) Lewd and Lascivious behavior, 947.01(1) Disorderly Conduct, and 946.49(1)(a) Misd. Bail Jumping.
  • 1:15 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, West Washington Ave. Requested by DEA for K9 Sniff of vehicle as part of ongoing narcotics investigation.
  • 1:27 pm, Damage to Property, Arboretum Woods. Contacted by email person who reported new graffiti on the storage shed located in Arboretum property adjacent to Wingra Park.
  • 5:19 pm, Other, Lifesaving Station. LRAS Training - Report number pulled in error.
  • 10:15 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, S. Park St & Haywood Drive. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI (2nd) and exceeding speed zones (50/25).
  • 12:33 am, Other, S. Park St & W. Olin Ave. Traffic Stop - Cited person for operating while revoked.
