12:59 am, Bail Jumping, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested by MPD after being contacted by UWPD in a Residence Hall after causing a disturbance inside and outside and battering someone. Arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to dwelling, and misdemeanor bail jumping.
4:56 am, Found Property, UWPD. Black Infinity bike was found near University Ave, placed into property for safekeeping.

8:31 am, Found Property, MSC. Collected and processed multiple bags, cloths, currency, personal photos, sheet music, and other miscellaneous items, discovered by person in the building. Items placed into property for safekeeping for owner to pick up at a later time.
9:06 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who thought they were paying for their computer to be repaired and sent money in crypto currency to a scam.
11:10 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
1:19 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding medical assistance, no further police assistance with MFR on scene.

8:05 pm, Other, Lot 36. Request For Assistance - Cited person for UW Disorderly conduct after they were unable to exit lot due to losing their ticket and began to yell at staff and caused motor vehicle accident.

10:28 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location off campus/Sauk County. Spoke to DNR Warden regarding illegal hunting activity on UW Property at Dairy Forge Research (Sauk County). Advised regarding UW codes and ability to remove erected hunting structures. DNR Warden informed that UWPD would assist with UW code citations, if needed.
3:26 pm, Graffiti, Educational Sciences. Inspected graffiti in restroom this graffiti was inside the bathroom stall.
5:09 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported their door stockings missing, stockings found with another resident on same floor, returned to original owner.
9:02 pm, Follow-up, UWPD. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect from previous case, transported without incident.
10:10 pm, Information, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding a sensitive crime.
11:50 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Mills & W. Johnson Streets. Cited person for UAL 1st (municipal) after they were reported to be intoxicated and in need of medical attention, evaluated, intoxicated not incapacitated, released without incident.

Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for an active Dane County Bench Warrant after observing them smoking and entering a stairwell. Person cited for UW No Smoking - Non Residence Hall, Verbally Warned for UW Possession Marijuana and UW Possession of Drug Para.
11:14 am, Information, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they were concerned about someone potentially leading to unwanted advances, requested to person to cease contact.
12:30 pm, Found Property, Lake Rescue. Located tackle box, box full of lures and fishing supplies with no identifying items to whom the box belongs to, box placed into property for safe keeping.

Stopped/Cited driver for OAR (criminal) and Failure to Install IID in vehicle after observing them drive down State Street, through State Street Mall, drive on the sidewalk through Library Mall, and drive away, verbally warned for Failure to Obey Signs, Imprudent Speed.
12:36 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Location Redacted. Contacted/Cited persons for UAL 1st after observing one in possession of a can of alcohol and the other vomiting uncontrollably. One incapacitated due to alcohol and transported to local hospital by MFR.

3:18 pm, Follow-up, WIMR. Person contacted us regarding theft from room in WIMR in October.
3:37 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported patient to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
3:57 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person reporting their headphones stolen from study room.
9:42 pm, Drug Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Verbally Warned persons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (County) and Possession of THC (County) after locating them smoking beside the MGE Substation.
10:19 pm, Resisting Arrest, Computer Science Building. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Resisting Officer (Criminal), UW Closing Hours - Established, UW Unauthorized Presence, UW No Smoking - Non Residence Hall, and UW Prohibited Dumping - Littering after they were found by UWPD Security smoking within the building during its closed period before attempting to evade Police and physically resisting while being detained.
10:59 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bakke Recreation Center. Contacted person regarding report of stolen property from a locker in near the front desk of Bakke, items found in a different locker once video reviewed.
12:43 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital due to alcohol incapacitation, cited person for UAL 2nd (state) after they were observed by passerby to be highly intoxicated and unable to stand on the east side of residence hall.

11:35 am, Other, UWPD. Contacted person in UWPD lobby to provide additional information regarding a pending claim of harassment by a former colleague. Requested to file additional theft claims however, referred to MPD to file those reports.
11:42 am, Found Property, UWPD. Macbook found at bus stop, owner name on screen, unable to locate, placed into safekeeping until able to locate.
11:52 am, Other, Location Redacted. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after another person was threatened during interaction, investigation ongoing.

After additional information and follow up, Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Disorderly Conduct/Domestic Violence with 72 hour no contact.

Obstruction - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect during traffic stop for Obstruction and two Dane County Warrants. During stop, verbally warned person for non-registration of auto and cited them for OAR. Contacted passengers in vehicle and verbally warned all for seat belt violations.

1:49 am, Damage to Property, Lot 91. Contacted person after they struck a parking sign in front of an outside agency officer.
2:52 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 6. Contacted/Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after observing them trespassing within the stairwell for a third time within a month.
3:29 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Lot 7. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party for Operating While Impaired 1st and Operating With Prohibited Alcohol Content 1st after they were found attempting to drive out of UW Lot 7 after previously being advised to not drive due to their level of intoxication.

8:28 am, Found Property, UWPD. A phone was turned in to the UWPD after being found on Harrison St. in the City of Madison. The phone was in "Safe Mode" which did not allow any calls to be made, and prevented any forms of locating a contact to assist in locating the owner. The phone was processed and placed into property for safekeeping.
10:14 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contact with person confirmed no issues.
12:26 pm, Battery, Location Redacted. Contacted person who reported being struck by another patient while providing care. Investigation ongoing at time of briefing release.

5:13 pm, Disorderly Conduct, Memorial Library. UPDATE - Contacted/Cited person for UW disorderly conduct they were reported as being disrespectful to staff and refusing to leave when asked.
7:20 am, Graffiti, Law Building. Responded to a report of Graffiti in the Bascom Mall area.
8:35 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 29. Verbally Warned person for trespassing on University Lands after they were reported parking their bike inside the secured bike locker in the lot after being informed.
10:09 am, Information, Humanities Building. Contacted person regarding reports of three Anti-ICE stickers in located in the Humanities Building.
10:23 am, Disorderly Conduct, Local Hospital. Contacted outside agency that an inmate had spit bodily fluids onto another person, reports taken.
11:25 am, Disorderly Conduct, Lot 7. Contacted person regarding parking issue in Lot 7 with another person in the lot and a verbal altercation occurred, disorderly conduct citation to be issued.
1:28 pm, Information, Engineering Hall. Contacted person regarding scam/fraud call, no suspects known at this time.
1:46 pm, Other, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported receiving disturbing emails from their parents, with whom they are estranged from. Requested documentation of contact in the event contact continues.
2:35 pm, Lost Property, Residence Hall. Person reported their passport was lost and a report was completed for purposes of obtaining replacement.
3:16 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
7:56 pm, Bail Jumping, Gordon Commons. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Felony Bail Jumping and Possession of Methamphetamine after being contacted when they were found wandering in Gordon Commons and making people feel uncomfortable. Current bail conditions prohibiting them from being on UW Property.
11:06 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, W. Johnson & N. Broom Streets. Assisted outside agency with placing suspect into squad car after they became resistive while in custody and kicked officers.
11:57 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Contacted person after local hospital advised UWPD of a possible TRO violation with a patient. Person Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail for violation of 72 hour no contact violation.
12:00 am, Other, Regent & N. Park Streets. Traffic Stop – Stopped driver for Failure to install IID (Misd.) and OAR (Forfeiture) and Verbally Warned for speeding.
1:35 am, Other, N. Lake Street. Cited person for municipal depositing human waste after they were seen urinating against the wall of the Kollege Klub near a group of people.
2:21 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, HC White. Cited person for UAL 2nd and cited another person in the group for UAL 1st.
3:25 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Person was discovered by another person unconscious in bathroom. Not incapacitated, UAL citation issued, verbally warned for false ID (confiscated/destroyed).
