10:58 am, Graffiti, Babcock. Responded to the report of graffiti on the brick and metal fencing, located to the south of the building.
11:40 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person who walked into UWPD lobby upset and shouting very loudly experiencing mental health crisis.

2:13 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contacted hospital security and nursing staff regarding potential active felony warrants on someone in the hospital. Investigation ongoing at this time.
