- 5:03 am, Follow-up, Local Hospital. Cited persons for bypassing security device and duplication of key card.
- 9:42 am, Graffiti, Law Building. Semi inspirational messages written on stall walls in red marker.
- 10:13 am, Damage to Property, Lot 46. Contacted person who was operating a vehicle when a piece of the concrete ramp fell from the ceiling, hitting their company van's windshield causing it to break.
- 12:36 pm, Other, Adams Hall. UW Code Violation - Verbally warned persons for bypassing security devices and campaigning in residence halls after they were observed on camera inside of Adams Hall after bypassing the security device to talk to students about voting, and all individuals were found to have a table set up in DeJope without a permit handing out campaign materials.
- 1:03 pm, Information, Lot 41. Transportation Services reported while issuing a citation to a vehicle they noticed a notebook with some disturbing images on open pages of the notebook. Investigation ongoing at this time.
- 1:17 pm, Theft/Larceny, Rennebohm Hall. Person reported 2 black HDMI cables stolen.
- 7:07 pm, Found Property, Animal Science. Apple Air Pod Pros located by UW-Security and placed into safekeeping.
- 12:24 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Ave. Assisted Shorewood Hills PD with a traffic stop when the driver exited and ran inside. Driver was uncooperative and resisted while being detained and then released to Shorewood Hills PD.
- 12:28 am, Information, Residence Hall. Contacted person via phone after they reported a person had been following them and screaming at them and they were frightened.
- 1:39 am, Check Person, Location Redacted. Person transported by MFR to local hospital for incapacitation due to alcohol after House Fellows requested a welfare check of the person.

- 11:33 am, Theft/Larceny, Union South. Contacted person who reported their orange coat, valued at $80-100, which contained apartment keys and wallet, valued at $25, was taken after they left it unattended outside Varsity Hall.
- 11:42 am, Information, Local Hospital. Interviewed person who reported another person entered their room without consent.
- 2:12 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported a package stolen from in front of the door.
- 2:28 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Contacted by phone person whose wallet was found at the Sylvee on 11/2/24 and turned in to UWPD. Person will pick up property on 11/5/24.
- 3:38 pm, Other, Kohl Center. K9 Deployment - Kohl Center Sweep for Men's Basketball game.
- 10:47 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Martin Street Lot. MPD started investigating a vehicle fire in the Martin St. Parking Lot of a potential stolen vehicle, investigation ongoing at this time.
- 10:57 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bakke Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported their jacket with airpods and wallet in the pocket were taken from court 3. Contacted by person who mistakenly took property and property was returned to owner.

- 2:47 am, Bail Jumping, State Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Felony Bail Jumping x 4, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping x2, Criminal OAR and Failure to Install IID.

- 11:00 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 46. Contacted person who reported a witness observed their vehicle being struck multiple times by another vehicle as they attempted to park in a stall.
- 11:33 am, Other, Lot 76. UW Code Violation - Cited person for UW bypass security device and verbally warned for same offense 16 times while exiting the lot between 09/04/24 and present day.
- 12:55 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported patient to local hospital no police assistance needed.
- 2:40 pm, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall Stadium. Electric scooter stolen, will be in contact with victim upon return to Madison from out of state travel.

Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI First, operating without valid drivers license, possession of open intoxicants operator violation of red traffic light, vehicle searched and parked in Sellery Hall parking lot.
- 10:29 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, W. Johnson & Marion Streets. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party person for OWI 1st, PAC 1st and failure to yield to pedestrian. Stopped for lightly hitting a pedestrian in a crosswalk as pedestrian had right of way.
- 11:03 pm, Resisting Arrest, Vilas Hall. Obstruction/Resisting - Cited one person after refusing to exit an Uber Drivers vehicle at drop off location. Once person was removed from the vehicle they were cited for obstructing/resistance.
- 12:12 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Released person for UAL 1st. after Housefellow found them puking in the lobby.
- 12:54 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st after being found vomiting in bathroom by Housefellows.
- 1:15 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after Housefellows located them vomiting in the bathroom.
- 1:35 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Lowell Center. Contacted person after they fell several blocks away from Lowell injuring their knee. Person checked by MFR prior to transport to local hospital by UWPD, clearly intoxicated and cited for UAL 2nd to be issued at a later date.
- 1:37 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after passerby called 911 because they were vomiting. Person is on probation with rules not to consume alcohol but DOC said they could be released.
- 1:53 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Transported person to detox after they were found on the ground at East Campus Mall passed out.

- 11:56 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Upon review: several people used the door in short succession.

- 1:38 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted Mount Horeb PD with one cell phone.
- 2:49 pm, Emergency Detention, Location Redacted. Person transported to local hospital experiencing mental health crisis.
- 6:57 pm, Information, Location Redacted. Contacted person who was concerned for another person who may be experiencing mental health crisis.
- 9:12 pm, Other, Lot 46. Drug Related - Contacted UW-Madison Transportation Services regarding a suspicious vehicle with its front passenger door opened and no one inside. While checking the vehicle, a glass jar containing 6 grams of Marijuana, rolling paper, an orange glass smoking pipe, four doses of LSD (blotter paper), a wooden cleaning rod (pipe cleaner), and a lighter were located. Investigation ongoing at this time.
- 11:09 pm, Other, University Ave & W. Gilman Street. Traffic Stop - Cited person for criminal OAR and IID violation.
- 1:04 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Cited person for UAL 1st after their friend called Housefellows due to being concerned for their wellbeing. Transported to local hospital by MFR.
- 1:32 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after their friends called because they were vomiting.
- 1:33 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Cited person for UAL 1st. after Housefellows saw them being carried by an Uber driver and a friend. Transported to local hospital by MFR.

- 9:27 am, Theft/Larceny, Lot 67. Attempted to contact person by phone for tailgating five times out of Lot 67 to avoid paying lot fees. Message left for person and their probation agent.
- 12:02 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Assisted person and transported to local Urgent Care after they tripped on an exposed construction sign base and fell into the street.

- 2:48 pm, Information, UWPD. Anonymous caller reported Neo Nazi group (patriot front/us). Posted pictures of themselves with Neo Nazi propaganda around campus on an app called telegram. Unable to locate on campus.
- 2:56 pm, Information, McBurney Resource Center. Received a mandatory report from the Office of Admission, referred to Chicago Police Department due to jurisdiction of report.
- 4:52 pm, Bail Jumping, Memorial Union. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Felony Bail Jumping, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, UW Theft $100-$1,000 and UW Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while investigating theft of an electric scooter via camera footage. Suspect was located inside Memorial Union which was in violation of bail conditions.
- 7:56 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person who consumed a marijuana edible and became ill, transported person and their friend to local hospital for treatment.

Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned person for Operating Without Required Lamps Lit During Hours of Darkness, cited for Operating While Revoked (Criminal) and Interlock Ignition Device Tampering/Fail to Install/Violate Court Order. Vehicle legally parked.

- 11:01 am, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall Stadium. Contacted by person regarding (2) Riddell Flex Wisconsin Football helmets stolen from a recruiting event from room 4945 of the Fetzer Center. Ongoing investigation.
- 11:19 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Person transported to local hospital experiencing medical episode.
- 12:59 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after being tripped up by their dog and fell to ground, striking nose and forehead. EMS assessed and suggested they be seen at hospital due to taking blood thinners. Person refused transport.

- 12:07 am, Information, Residence Hall. Mediated the compensation of $71.57 in goods between persons after one person had non-consensually taken $70 worth of goods while moving out.
