- 7:57 am, Found Property, Olin Ave. & John Nolen Drive. Contacted person after they found a phone near the bike path on E. Olin Ave. at John Nolen Dr.
- 8:01 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Topping Road. Assisted SHPD search for subject who fled during contact.
- 9:41 pm, Operating While Intoxicated, Regent St. & Randall Ave. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for OWI 1st and violating red traffic signal.
- 11:45 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 11:47 pm, Resisting Arrest, Leopold Hall. Contacted person regarding bike theft.
- 11:58 pm, Eluding, N. Lake & State Streets. Attempted to stop a motorcycle for improper display of registration.

- 8:35 am, Theft/Larceny, Lowell Center. Contacted person reporting their black bike stolen from bike rack in front of Pyle Center.
- 12:06 pm, Graffiti, Vilas Hall. Contacted Physical Plant who reported graffiti on the 4th level exterior walls of Vilas Hall.
- 12:14 pm, Other, Breese Stevens Field. K9 Deployment - Assist MPD with K9 sweep of Breese Stevens Field for AmFam Concert.
- 5:09 pm, Eluding, W. Washington Ave. & Regent Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for fleeing/eluding after attempting to stop them while driving for no license plate, verbally warned for unreasonable/imprudent speed, unsafe passing on right, operating motor vehicle in bike lane, operating without valid license (motorcycle), and failure to display license plate.
- 9:25 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Contacted person regarding their XL bike stolen from Memorial Union.
- 2:25 am, Other, N. Park & Regent Street. Traffic Stop - Verbally Warned driver for open intoxicants, speed and Operating While Suspended.

- 6:41 pm, Other, Location Redacted. Stalking - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for stalking after they sent threatening and disturbing messages.
- 7:46 pm, Theft/Larceny, Pyle Center. Contacted person after they reported their bike stolen from bike rack in front of Pyle Center.
- 9:10 pm, Graffiti, Lot 46. Located the graffiti that was called in on the lower level of lot 46.
- 9:15 pm, Graffiti, Lot 17. Located a sticker in the NW stairwell on the back of the door.

- 10:36 am, Bail Jumping, State Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for bail condition violation to not be present on UW Campus after they were located by Humanities Building and verbally warned on two separate occasions on the same day to say away from campus.
- 10:51 am, Theft/Larceny, Camp Randall Stadium. Contacted person regarding another person stealing items from establishment, person terminated, no police enforcement needed.
- 11:38 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Forced door alarm, no police assistance needed.
- 1:59 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing medical emergency, no police assistance needed.
- 2:41 pm, Check Person, Location Redacted. Contacted by outside agency DCFS regarding patient at local hospital undergoing treatment from their jurisdiction. Assisted outside agency with request.
- 7:50 pm, Information, Humanities Building. Person reported their backpack was stolen in the court yard of the Humanities building, backpack was recovered and returned to owner.
- 2:04 am, Disorderly Conduct, Fluno Center. Contacted person and they were verbally warned for disorderly conduct after they were verbally aggressive towards front desk staff due to hotel accommodations beyond staff control.
Daily Blotter for June 4th 2025
- 6:06 am, Warrant Served, Helen C. White Library. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for felony warrant out of Dane County after making contact for unauthorized presence as person was issued a civil forfeiture for possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of UWS 18.09(2), verbally warned person with them for unauthorized presence/released without incident.
- 8:19 am, Bail Jumping, Memorial Library. Verbally Warned person for violation of bail conditions to not be on campus, they left without incident.
- 10:19 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 58. Vehicle was hit back on January 25th, just obtained an estimate and is now reporting it, will make contact with potential person who hit vehicle on their own but needed police report for insurance purposes.
- 6:48 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 60. Single vehicle accident as vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed during heavy rain, hydroplaning toward a light pole, then crashing into tree, vehicle totaled and towed, driver transported to local hospital.
- 11:58 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Contacted person in local hospital lobby after being discharged and causing concerns with local hospital security.

- 9:14 am, Other, Memorial Library. Request For Assistance - Contacted person who reported someone has been visiting College Library and causing disturbances. Positively identified person who has current campus ban and is to contact UWPD if seen in College Library again.
- 9:21 am, Graffiti, Goodspeed Pier. Observed graffiti on Goodspeed Pier, FPM to remove.
- 1:20 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted SPPD with a digital forensic examination.
- 2:25 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 34. Contacted person regarding their truck being struck by the row teams trailer.
- 2:43 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted MPD with a digital forensic examination.
- 3:04 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Assisted MFD regarding person needing medical assistance.
- 4:07 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person needing medical assistance and transported by MFR to local hospital.
- 9:56 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Large black wallet containing currency, passport and aviation document, credits, and driver license, items returned to owner.

- 9:16 am, Theft/Larceny, Eagle Heights. Person reported 2 camping chairs and a small kid’s slide for a kid’s pool had been stolen overnight from outside their home.
- 11:49 am, Other, UWPD. Request For Assistance - Assisted person with documentation for their lost passport.
- 9:16 pm, Check Person, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
Daily Blotter for June 1st 2025
- 4:55 pm, Other, Sterling Hall. UW Code - Responded to Sterling Hall after UW Security spotted person entering a steam tunnel hatch on the west side of the building.
- 7:31 pm, Other, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party after person was brought to local Emergency Room and patient was refusing to follow staff orders and being asked to leave, transported to another location without incident.
- 11:07 pm, Other, Randall Ave & Engineering Drive. Traffic Stop/Obstruction - Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for disregarding a traffic sign and operating a motor vehicle on a sidewalk. During contact, passenger, was removed from the vehicle by utilizing VET after they were observed yelling at driver and officers, refusing to comply with lawful orders, and exhibiting disorderly behavior, released on Dane County Cite for Resisting.
- 1:30 am, Other, Johnson St. & Marion Ct. Traffic Stop/Obstruction - Contacted persons after they were seen running to their apartment with a stolen Tito's Vodka umbrella from the nearby bars. After activating lights and siren, person who was in possession of the umbrella, dropped it and fled on foot into the apartment building. Person returned to where friends were and was verbally warned for theft and resisting/obstructing.

- 10:57 am, Graffiti, East Campus Pedestrian Tunnel. Responded to the ECM Pedestrian Tunnel for reports of graffiti on the east wall, near the north entrance of the tunnel.
- 11:04 am, Other, Dane County Airport. K9 Deployment - K9 sweep for Badger Honor Flight.
- 11:08 am, Disorderly Conduct, Helen C. White Library. Person reported being disturbed by another person’s actions and working on library ban. Person will be cited for UW Disorderly Conduct with building ban.
- 12:43 pm, Check Person, N. Randall Ave. & W. Dayton Street. Cited person for UW Disorderly Conduct after another person was disturbed by their actions towards them.
- 1:53 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Checked the area for person, made contact and left area without incident.
- 5:15 pm, Check Person, Local Hospital. Contacted person at location to facilitate legal blood draw for Grant County Sheriff's Office via Search Warrant. The kit was properly sealed and secured in property.
- 5:28 pm, Check Person, Bascom Hall. While checking ephone at 500 Lincoln Dr. person approached officer with information regarding an abandoned lunchbox and missing person near the Lincoln Station in front of Bascom Hall. Found abandoned lunchbox, but no evidence of missing person.
- 6:30 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 9:51 pm, Drug Violation, Braxton Place. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of THC, Felony Bail jumping, OWI 1st, possession of open intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and operating without required lamps lit.
- 1:06 am, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Franklin Ave. & Shepard Terrace. Stopped/Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party for speeding 50/35, OWI/PAC 1st, vehicle left on Franklin and Shepard.
