2:04 pm, Theft/Larceny, Ogg Hall. Contacted person reporting their bike stolen from Ogg Hall bike rack.
6:23 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Ave. Multiple UWPD officers assisted outside agency with clearing of building with active burglary occurring inside. Suspect located at rear of building, outside agency arrested/transported to Dane County Jail.
1:36 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Re-Contacted person after they failed to heed previously noted trespass warning and cited for Trespass-Remain after notice (State), and released.

4:30 am, Other, N. Park Street. Responded to 21 N Park St for a major water flood of approximately 2 inches. Exterior Standpipe was observed leaking from the outside. MFR responded and shut down the system along with leaking the pressure. Servpro was contacted. UW Plumber arrived and confirmed stand valve was broken. UW Security assisted with firewatch.
11:43 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person needing medical assistance, MFR transported to local hospital.
12:07 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. No disposition at this time.
4:36 pm, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person who advised there were no issued in the facility, and the alarm was likely set off in error.
10:38 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 75. Watched camera footage of vehicle “tailgating" behind vehicles while leaving lot 75 on four different dates. Transportation Services to follow up with Registered Owner.

7:11 am, Drug Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding another person discovering a bag in one of the elevators suspected to be a drug substance.
2:05 pm, Sensitive Crime, Location Redacted. Person contacted regarding sensitive crime.
5:48 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, State Street. Assisted outside agency regarding a disturbance outside the Triangle Market and held suspect after observing them assault another person. Person heavily intoxicated and uncooperative.
6:40 pm, Other, Regent St. & Brooks Court. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited driver and released driver to passenger who drove vehicle away/driver cited for Failure to Yield to pedestrian in controlled crosswalk, cited for criminal OAR and failure to install IID.

6:26 am, Theft/Larceny, Kohl Center. Person reported their jacket missing from the Kohl Center after commencement.
8:32 am, Battery, Local Hospital. Cited/Detained person for 2 counts of Assaultive Behavior, and 1 count of DC, after they started a disturbance in a local hospital entrance, while experiencing mental health crisis.
3:09 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported they left their black Sony headphones in the Residence Hall Lounge and noticed they were missing today around noon.
3:57 pm, Fire, Adams Hall. Contacted/Cited person for Smoking in Residence Halls after setting off the smoke alarm in their room, which then activated the fire alarm for the entirety of Adams Hall.
5:38 pm, Other, Lot 7. Suspicious Odor - Located smoldering refuse in P2 East Stairwell after a caller reported a burning smell in the east stairwell elevator lobby.
5:51 pm, Information, Local Hospital. Contacted person reported threatening incident at local hospital, for informational purposes only at this time.
7:57 pm, Check Person, Residence Hall. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for UW Possession of Marijuana after they reported nausea and tachycardia after consuming THC gummy edibles they purchased.
1:29 am, Theft/Larceny, Lot 56. Contacted person regarding their vehicle being stolen from Lot 56 after leaving it running and unlocked at the time of left from the lot.

8:01 am, Check Person, Grainger Hall/Lot 7. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail person in lot 7 NW stairwell, verbally warned for unauthorized presence, Possession THC vape and arrested on Criminal Damage warrant.
11:11 am, Found Property, Grainger Hall. Discovered a black backpack in the northeast stairwell of the building, owner known and placed into safekeeping until owner can be contacted for pick up.
5:01 pm, Information, Office of Admissions. Received a mandatory report from the Office of Admission.

10:35 am, Graffiti, Lot 87. Located faded and peeling no parking sign with purple squiggly mark on it in paint.
12:10 pm, Theft/Larceny, Nicholas Recreation Center. Contacted by telephone person reporting they believe their wallet was stolen from their backpack at the Nicholas Recreation Center. Person called back informing us that the wallet was found while retracing steps back to the NRC.
4:26 pm, Information, Office of Admissions. Received a mandatory report from the Office of Admission.
6:00 pm, Battery, Local Hospital. Cited person for assaultive behavior of health care worker.
2:21 am, Drug Violation, Lot 83. Contacted/Verbally Warned persons for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice and UW Possession of Marijuana after locating them smoking within the western stairwell.
3:03 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital, no police assistance needed.

1:43 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Park Street & University Ave. Stopped/Arrested/Released with Citations to a Responsible Party driver for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed, Exceeding Posted Limit, Operating While Impaired 1st, and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration 1st, vehicle towed.

10:08 am, Other, Martin Street Lot. Arboretum - Contacted staff reporting that a vehicle was left in parking lot overnight and was concerned for registered owners’ well being. Staff will contact UWPD if vehicle is still in same location after 48 – 72 hours.
12:27 pm, Check Person, Location Redacted. Working with staff regarding discharge of patient experiencing mental health concerns.
12:53 pm, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted by phone person who reported receiving concerning messages via Facebook Messenger from another person but only wants information documented at this time.
1:05 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who received a scam phone call where the person purported to be a court officer advising they missed jury duty and needed to fix it with Wal-mart gift cards.
2:51 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR was preparing to transport to local hospital, no assistance needed.
4:54 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Location Redacted. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for trespass remain after notice and possession of alcohol on UW lands after they were found slumped over in a stairwell. MFR transported person to local hospital.

3:45 pm, Theft/Larceny, LVM Museum. Contacted person after they found out their phone was missing after they believed they dropped it and a power pack somewhere along east campus mall.
