- 6:39 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, McClain Center. Cited person for UAL 1st, verbally warned for trespassing.
- 10:35 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted University of Michigan police with an eye witness identification photo lineup.
- 11:20 am, Damage to Property, Memorial Union. Electronic warning signal pole backed into by driver of LRS garbage truck and knocked down.
- 5:16 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Apple air pods charging case in pink silicon case.
- 6:19 pm, Graffiti, Lakeshore Path. Graffiti discovered on the rail of the wooden pier across from the e-phone on the lake bike path between Waters and Social Sciences.
- 8:39 pm, Battery, Outside of Grainger Hall. Contacted person after they reported a person outside of the NE entrance to Grainger Hall being choked against a wall screaming and punched 3 times in the face by suspect.
- 8:42 pm, Domestic, Location Redacted. Arrested/Cited/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Child Abuse Reckless Probab/Great harm, Strangulation/Suffocation and Domestic Disorderly conduct.
- 9:24 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, McFarland. MAFIT callout to assist McFarland fire department with structure fire.
- 10:15 pm, Other, Agricultural Engineering. Depositing Human Waste - Contacted person who was reporting someone has been urinating in a trashcan in the second floor bathroom of Agricultural Engineering.
- 12:18 am, Other, Lot 130. Contacted/Cited person for closing hours established UW Code, operating after suspension/revoked registration and verbally warned for driving with a suspended license while person was in Lot 130.

- 8:10 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 9:24 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 45. Contacted persons after MPD Officer observed one vehicle strike the other while they were parked in Lot 45.
- 10:36 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted Plover Police Department with translating for Spanish speakers reference a potential domestic disturbance and altercation.

- 7:11 am, Drug Violation, Residence Hall. Contact made with person, verbally warned for possession of fake ID, and ingesting alcohol and mixing with a lot of Delta 8 gummies.
- 8:12 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, S. Park Street. Assisted MPD while they made contact with person armed with an axe, subject detained by MPD without force being used and UWPD was no longer needed.
- 10:09 am, Alarm, Location Redacted. Contacted person after door alarm accidentally set off while entering room.
- 2:41 pm, Emergency Detention, Local Hospital. Person placed into protective custody for the purpose of an Emergency Detention for transport to WMHI.
- 6:32 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported their pink blanket being stolen from the laundry.
- 10:30 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Residence Hall. Contacted person for a mental health welfare check after persons reported continuing odd behavior throughout day and into the night.

- 6:55 pm, Check Person, N. Lake & W. Johnson Streets. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for UW Code Camping after they were noticed by a passerby for sleeping inside the Lake St. bus stop.
- 9:13 pm, Other, UWPD. Request For Assistance - Contact made by person regarding their child who was a victim of a battery in Chicago, IL. over the weekend by known person, and provided resources for their safety.

- 6:18 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Patient located by MFR, no police assistance needed.
- 7:26 pm, Other, University & Randall Ave. Traffic Stop - Attempted to stop person for red light violation and following an emergency vehicle to close.
- 8:42 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person who consumed too much THC and was vomiting.
- 10:59 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they appeared to be experiencing a medical emergency and transported to local hospital by UWPD.
- 12:03 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Traceway Dr. Assisted Fitchburg PD with a drone deployment regarding a group of juveniles who were attempting to break into vehicles and then fled from FPD.
- 1:27 am, Operating While Intoxicated, Campus & Babcock Drives. Stopped/Released to Responsible Party person for failure to obey traffic sign (Do not enter, on Babcock drive). Person arrested for OWI 1st, and cited for failure to obey traffic signs.
- 2:08 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Cited persons for UAL first, persons located by housefellows in a room, vomiting and both transported by MFR to local hospital for treatment.

- 12:07 pm, Harassment, Location Redacted. Contacted person after they reported an employee received a directed threatening envelope with "Fuck U" in cut out wooden letters.
- 12:27 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Subject fell on ice, cut chin/head, MFR transported patient to hospital.

- 4:56 pm, Information, Linden & Babcock Drive. Minor collision between Metro Bus and Badge Bus on Langdon St at N Park St.
- 5:29 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 5. Contacted person who advised someone hit their vehicle while it was parked in Lot 5 between the hours of 9:30a-5:15p while they were at work.

- 7:51 am, Disorderly Conduct, Waisman Center. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for disorderly conduct after it was reported they grabbed the person by their clothing and backpack before shaking them and attempting to take their cell phone.
- 11:47 am, Lost Property, Eagle Heights. Contacted person who reported the loss of their keys "somewhere on campus".
- 12:00 pm, Disorderly Conduct, Engineering Hall. Additional notes from previous case where person reported almost being punched by male occupant of another vehicle. Cameras in the area reviewed with safety tips to person to prevent future issues.
- 12:10 pm, Theft/Larceny, Chamberlain Hall. Contacted person for theft of their Yoga black (Version 5 or 7) was taken from the 4th floor study hall of Chamberlin.
- 11:32 pm, Found Property, Babcock Hall. Found property for was turned in to UWPD.
- 3:13 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person after their former partner called concerned about the other persons mental health.

- 11:40 am, Burglary, Vilas Hall. Contacted persons after they reported an unidentified person had taken their purse from their unlocked office while they were not present.
- 12:30 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bakke Recreation Center. Contacted person who reported a set of allen wrenches stolen from a maintenance cart in Bakke lobby at 10:46 a.m. 4/16/24.

- 2:44 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 17. Contacted person after Transportation Services reported a UW affiliated truck struck the north exit gate arm.

- 4:06 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Provided a ride for from location after they requested assistance due to having mental health issues.
- 12:00 am, Other, Regent St. & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop/Liquor Law False ID - Stopped/verbal warning to person for unreasonable/imprudent speeds and possession of fake ID.

- 7:36 am, Graffiti, Memorial Library. Contacted person who report 5 chairs with "Free Free Palestine" on cushions in ink was located in room 779.
- 2:02 pm, Theft/Larceny, MSC. Contacted person who reported their backpack stolen from the MSC (room 1385) on 4.15.2024 between 110-140p.
- 6:30 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Near West Fields. Contacted person who injured their knee while playing soccer. Person refused PD or MFR transport and released to friends to transport to local ER.
- 9:47 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Humanities Building. Contacted/Detained person who had active Probable Cause warrant from MPD regarding an incident that occurred earlier on East Campus Mall. Person released to MPD without incident.
